Physical therepyIm sending this from my third session and it's a really weird experience. A strange man I don't know runs my back with what I'm hopeing is a body oil but in reality I have no idea what it could be. Than they rub into your back so painfully it's hard to think about what your talking about. Than if your in a similar condition to me they put you on ice and and a weird machine that sends electric tingles down your back. But right after you feel so good that it was worth it. Also FYI I got prescription muscle relaxers and people act like it gets you high but I just get so tired and sleepy.
