Eventful...So it's been an interesting couple of months. I say that because I number of things have happened in my life: Got a new job a few months ago, started working out again, went back to Iowa to see some family, stopped working out again, Christmas, New Year's, and now sick on my ass with the flu.
It may not seem real busy, but trust me, there hasn't really been too much alone time for me to do some of the things that make me smile. For example: being on here. For me, it sucks because I feel like I made this commitment to interact, communicate, share, etc and while I want to do it so badly, I feel like I'm lacking it pulling it off. Like I'm missing something.

Well, as a result of the holiday season, my gf decided to do something most unprecidented in girlfriend history: She got me an XBox 360. After years of watching RvB and listening to the Podcasts, not to mention always playing Nintendo products, I have something to relate with first hand instead of watching countless Let's Plays and Playthroughs on YouTube. I got Portal 2, Minecraft, and Worms 2: Armageddon. And it goes like this, I already beat Portal 2 and am working on getting all the achievements, Minecraft is fascinating with exploring and finding new things, and
I play like Gavin in Worms. I mean honestly, I didn't think I could be so bad at a game. It's
really easy to blow yourself up!
Also, my gf likes the XBox because it's a much smoother Netflix interface than with the Wii. Lot of Friday Night Lights and Documentaries. It's a shame for my Wii now because I just got her used to playing Mario Party and MarioKart Double Dash and she's really good at both. Now comes the task of using Portal's Co-Op to spark some fun (and help in getting those achievements).
But back to what I was lacking, I really think it's time management. I've always been an all or nothing sort of guy. You know, "Go Big or Go Home." But that attitude that lead me to being there one minute and just being absent the next, when all I need to do is devote a little time throughout to maintain things. So, I'm going to try and do "schedule" times on the RT Site. Mainly on the weekends, but I'll post a journal, look at forums and even get back into the chat. There's alot of cool people I got to meet but never got to fully get to know.
Well, that's about it. Now I'm off to try and figure out how to put my GamerTag on here like I've seen so many people do. Wish me luck and if you ever want to chat, leave me a message or a comment. I love getting back to people. Happy New Year is right.
