Kill the dogs!!! PLEASE!!!! The neighbor has three yap-yap, wiener dogs! They bark at everything! People, wind, thunder,cars! Will someone please shoot them??? On a good note, since I threatened to shoot them if they ever ran across the street into my yard to attack the kids again, they aren't allowed in the front yard anymore! Well. without leashes or without the neighbors carrying them!
