One day closer to getting out of here.Today one of my supervisors gave us a class .....I learned how to take down and search a hostile person (ie EPW/insurgent/suspicious person), and if the person resists, how to make them not want to resist anymore. It was really cool, I learned a lot. We also did the basic evaluate a casualty BS ...that's cake, too easy.
After we got released for lunch we had to come back and do some bullshit work, this is the 3rd day that we've had to do this shit ...I did not come here to be a fucking janitor/landscaper. We did that stuff for about 4 hours....I was pissed off enough and trying to make the best of things, until the very end when someone wanted to form up and march back to our AO, that was it, I just snapped and lost control. I realized I lost control and was extremely angry with myself, because I lost control...I guess I can't explain it, it just really irritates me. After we went home I went and ate with a friend of mine and just blew off some steam with her.

I wish we would goto war so I could do my job all the time, instead of just when we goto the field ....speaking of we're suppose to be getting some pretty sweet missions pretty soon, I can't wait to get back out in the field, because it makes the time go by much more quickly.
