The Arrival
On Monday September 12th at 4:49 PM my husband and I welcomed our son, Declan Michael, into the world! He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 19 inches long. He's healthy, happy and growing way too fast already. I may not be able to sleep in like I used to, I might get "firehosed", I have to change poopy diapers and do all those other unglamorous things moms do, but my little boy's sweet face makes it all worth it.
I love being a mom.
