when I think of you it makes my heart ache.
when I think of him I feel like dying.
      I can't take it anymore...
I've been hiding it for too long and I can't take it anymore...
I feel like I'm using you to forget about him.
I feel like I don't really love you because I can't even remember your face...
I feel like you don't really love me and that you're only in it for yourself.
I wish I could just start over and forget about all of this pain.
forget about everything that's happened to me.
I can't sleep at night because all of these thoughts are in my head.
I can't be left alone anymore or unoccupied because I think things.
the things I think hurt me.
they hurt my heart and my soul.
      they hurt everything about me.
they make me hate myself for everything I've done to people.
there's nothing I can do to undo all the pain and lies I've caused.
all I have are my words and my actions.
      there's nothing more to it.
I wish that I could just start over and keep him by my side.
I wish that these things have never happened to me.
but that's all I can do.
      wish...
everything I say will never affect how he feels about me.
there's nothing I can do to make him forgive me.
there's nothing I can do to make him stop hating me.
people may think that I hate him.
      but I don't.
      I don't hate him.
I only love him and I'd never leave him again if only he loved me.
the only reason why I leave is because he hates me.
the only reason I don't want to be with him is because he's happy.
      he's better off without me.
he's living a better life without me in it.
soon he will always be happy because I will be gone forever.
just one more year of his sorrows and he'll be free from me.
just one more year of his looks of pain.
      just one more year...
      one more year...
      ...
      ...
      ...
...and I'll never be able to tell him how I really feel...

      (*= my favorite)

This is something we should all read at least once a week!

Written By Regina Brett, 90 years old, of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland , Ohio "To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written." My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:

      1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

      2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

      3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. *

      4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick.. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.

      5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

      6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

      7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

      8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it..

      9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.

      10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

      11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.

      12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.

      13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

      14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.

      15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.

      16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.

      17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.

      18. Whatever doesn't kill you, really does make you stronger.

      19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.

      20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.

      21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.

      22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.

      23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.

      24. The most important sex organ is the brain.

      25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.

      26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter? *

      27. Always choose life.

      28.. Forgive everyone, everything.

      29. What other people think of you is none of your business.

      30. Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.

      31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

      32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

      33. Believe in miracles.

      34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do.

      35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.

      36. Growing old beats the alternative - dying young.

      37. Your children get only one childhood.

      38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.

      39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.

      40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back.

      41. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

      42. The best is yet to come.

      43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

      44. Yield.

      45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."

Its estimated 93% won't forward this. If you are one of the 7% who will, forward this with the title 7%.

I'm in the 7% Remember that I will always share my spoon with you!

Friends are the family that we choose for ourselves.

      2009 summer goals

well this summer I'm planning on completing two things.
getting my license and getting a job.
these are both very hard tasks.
for I have never had a job before and I hardly drive to start with.
I am told that I'm a hardworking person and etc.
but how do I say that in interviews.
I may be like open, hardworking, friendly, etc. with friends and people I know...
but with other people I'm really shy.
      and the license thing...
I'm good at long distance but I suck at driving.
I can park but the thing is that it's not "straight"...
my parents are always bugging me about that shit.
and a lot of other stuff too.
I mean I just got my permit like a year ago and I hardly drive.
what are they suppose to expect from me?
      perfection at every try?
      geez...
      whatever
any way wish me luck on both.

      I know this is mean...
but I was so pissed off at him the other day.
      and he deserves it.
I mean he doesn't talk to me like ever.
      but whatever...
      I'm happier without him.
      lol
did anyone notice that he looks like a monkey?
      I find that funny.

      Descriptive: What is this feeling?

A feeling so colorful and emotional that you sometimes find yourself smiling without a
care; it makes you feel like you never want to stop feeling that way because it feels so
good. You’re always thinking about the same person over and over again in your head
like a repeating song that you can’t forget. This feeling is so strong that your body tingles
with an affectionate wanting to be with that special someone. It’s like the sweetest candy
that you’ve ever tasted, like an addiction that you can’t get rid of, like the air you breathe.

This feeling is as gentle as a ladybug crawling on an innocent flower, flowing summer
breezes warm against your face, and cloudless skies beaming sunshine on your sweet
loving body as you sleep calmly in a meadow. It’s like a vivid sunset on a beach, shore
water teasing your feet, and the clouds hiding the sun as it is slowly eaten away by the
deep ocean. As peaceful as stargazing from the rooftop on a clear, cloudless sky, lying
on a bed of blankets made just for us, touching your smooth, silky, soft skin as we
gradually fall asleep in each other’s arms.

Can this feeling be tasted? Can it be hear, felt, smelt, seen? Can it be a color, a place,
an image, a person, an idea? What is this feeling of happiness that I feel? What is this
sense of delight found on our faces and that tight feeling in our chests when our hearts
can’t hold it in any more? What is this feeling? Most people would call this feeling love
but I would call it the death of my sadness, my unhappiness, my depression.

      Persuasive: Life's unfair

If life wasn’t unfair then everything would be easy, people would be the same, and
everything would be synchronized with each other. So if life was fair, then there would be
no point in life. What’s the fun of everything being exactly the same? Where would the
challenge be if everything was easy?

There can’t always be good times or life would be paradise, not life, and everyone would
win. If everyone won, then who lost against them? The bad times are there to even out
everything because you can’t win if there isn’t another person there to lose. In life, no
matter what happens, there is always a yin for every yang. Without the yang there would
be no point in the yin.

Life is unfair to keep everyone in their place. Life may be unfair if you make it that way. If
you don’t want to keep thinking that life is unfair then do something to make you think
otherwise. Life is always going to be either unfair or great. If you’re having a bad time or
if things seem like they’re getting worse for you, that’s only because you’re making it that
way. Think positively and good things will happen faster than you think. Just remember
that if you’re having a bad time, good times will come shortly after.

In the end all I have to say is that life is indeed unfair. But it’s not unfair all the time. It’s
just that the bad times overlap the good times to make you forget about how great the
good times really are. So even if you feel like life sucks, don’t worry because we all know
that already. It’s going to suck sometimes but don’t forget about the good times.

Expository: How to make a friend

Making friends might be the easiest thing to do for most people. Heck, most people
probably make more friends than others in a year. But the only thing that matters is
making at least one friend. As long as you have a friend then you’re never alone. So how
do you make a friend? Why do others make more friends than you or someone else?
      How is it done?

Well, making friends is a personal thing. The most important thing about making a friend
is being who you are. It’s hard to make or even keep friends if you’re not being yourself
because that’s not you; you’d just be pretending that you’re someone you’re not. Now if
you’re pretending to be someone you’re not, then how can you expect to make friends
that like you for who you are, the real you? The answer is that you can’t make friends if
you’re someone you’re not. You have to be yourself to make friends.

The first thing you should do to make a friend is introduce yourself or start a conversation
with someone. You know, get social. That way you interact with the person and get to
know them a little so that you’re not complete strangers. That’s how you start off at
making a friend or an acquaintance.

The next thing you want to do is hangout more. Maybe call or talk to each other on the
internet; communicating more. This way you can get to understand them and the way
they normally act. In other words, this helps understanding their personality, character,
behavior, qualities, etc. in order to know them.

After awhile of hanging out and communicating with each other, maybe around a couple
days or so of doing this, you’ll be able to call each other friends because you know more
about each other than you did in the beginning.

Now for most people communicating is hard because they’re shy or they’re not very
social. That’s okay because that’s who you are. There will always be a way for you to
make friends even if you are insecure because there’s always at least one person who
wants to be your friend; someone who wants to get to know you. Even if you’re mean,
different, random, or weird, whatever, there will always be someone out there who’s just
like you, someone who likes those qualities in a person, or someone who can handle
      those types of character.

So again, just be yourself if you want to make friends because the only way they’ll be your
friend is if they like you for who you are, trusts you, and knows you better. That’s basically
what a friend is; a person whom one knows, likes, and trusts; a person whom one has
      open relations with.
