I probably should have wrote something about this earlier, but better late than never!
As you're probably aware, we do indeed accept Xbox One and PlayStation 4 game submissions into our awesome game database here on Achievement Hunter/Rooster Teeth. However, there are some changes from last gen, and I'm here to answer the two most common questions I've seen floating around.
Q: How come no trophies I submit for PS4 games ever appear on the site?
A: There is currently a site bug that does not change the Gamerscore section of the trophy submit page to trophy level. As such, they would not display correctly. Hopefully this will be fixed in RT v2 (or sooner).
Q: Why are there no tiles for Xbox One achievements?
A: Xbox One achievement tiles are a little different compared Xbox 360, Windows 8, etc. ones. Unfortunately the site right now truncates tile URLs to 150 characters. Xbox One achievement tile URLs are much longer than this. Submitting one would just cause half of it to get cut off.
Another reason is Xbox One achievements tiles are rectangles and much larger, instead of 64 x 64 squares. I'll use the Refuge achievement from Titanfall as an example:
Xbox 360 achievement tile
Xbox One achievement tile
Right now, if an Xbox One tile were to appear on a game page, it would be squished to a 64px square and look distorted. Hopefully this will also be addressed in RT v2.
P.S. Please don't submit Xbox 360 tiles for Xbox One achievements. Some people have been making that mistake.
P.P.S. @adam, if you are reading this, please consider these things for the new website!
