Well, as it turns out, working from home for a few months even with the occasional workout, doesn't do so well for your figure. Go figure :P
But it's nice to see Jon, Meg, and Zach in the new series "Buff Buddies", and try to involve the community in their goals for weight training/loss. It's given me that little extra boost to do the same, well, more than I've already been doing. So starting this past Sunday (11/8), I re-installed the "MyFitnessPal" app, to help me track my food intake, as well as combine it with my FitBit tracker. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in ten weeks, similar to Jon's goals.
So this is me, also stepping into the ring, with Insanity (Round 3), fitness apps, and determination on my side.

And I could include other measurements but that'd take too long. All in all, I'm going to try to check in every week, and get back to a place I want to be in.
