      It seems to have been forever since I last wrote a Journal and I feel kind of bad not that I have legions of fans who drool over my every word like I was Christ himself. It's just I like to put stuff out there even if nobody reads it. It is kind of like my diary, but anyways the project dealing with League of Legends unfortunately did not pan out because it was just too difficult to get the people I was trying to work with together to do it. So unfortunately that project has been scrapped. I do hope since I am getting a new $3000 computer courtesy of my loving grandma, who even though she disapproves I will be paying her back slowly from pay check to pay check, to maybe do some game play and commentaries. There are a couple things that have been happening in my life since the last time I wrote. Mainly I want to talk about my computer that I am just so very very excited for. I bought it from iBUYPOWER.com who are great, if you want to customize you personal gaming desktop or laptop and their prices are, well I was going to use my savings to buy this computer, and I really didn't limit myself, but from what I say on their website you can buy a fairly good gaming desktop for about $1000 which I know is a lot but they are still pretty good. I customized mine to be future proof, so all that I have to do is upgrade a couple things when it can't run the games perfectly on the best graphics. My guess is it should last me at least 5-6 years without having to buy a new processor or motherboard so to me it is definitely a sound investment. Now please understand that I am starting college in 3 weeks so it is not just for gaming but for any college programs and stuff that I need to run. The specs on it are AMD FX 8x core 3.6 Ghz processor with the ability to overclock it to 4.2Ghz, 16GB of memory up-gradable to 32GB, ([3-Way SLI] Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 -- AMD 990FX w/ 6x PCI-E 2.0 x16) motherboard, (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 - 4GB - Single Card) with the ability to add two more graphics cards, and a 27" LCD HD monitor to cover everything else plus I got a gaming keyboard and gaming mouse. I would like to say I recommend iBUYPOWER to get your PC the thing is if you customize it and pay for it to get done in 3 days so it ships in 5-7 don't expect it to come in 10 days cause it wont. Some of my parts were on back order so it took them 4 days to get them all in. So if you want expediency they are not the best. When I called them to figure out what was wrong they told me about the back order and were kind enough to give me free 3-day shipping to make up for the lost time. So they definitely try to keep you happy. Still don't rely on them for expediency. With the computer I am going to buy a capture card and audio equipment so I can do those game play and commentaries so that should be coming out in two weeks hopefully. So if you want to recommend a game for me to play definitely tell me about it

      League of Legends

      Also I just wanted to start some buzz about this, but my friend and I are about to start something really cool in league of legends that will come to help the average gamer not so much the hardcore LOL player. When he told me about his idea I told him I would definitly help with edits and making it more accessible to the layman player because I play LOL but not as much as him or any of his friends. So I am the perfect one to help him with his project. I hope some of you guys will be interested in it, because I'm really excited for it. So anyone who plays league of legends casually or wants to get started should watch me so you can learn about the newest updates about the project and when it will be launching.

      Game Reviews

      So for a long time now I have been writing game reviews and literally doing nothing with them. I write them, edit them, and they stay in documents on my computer so I think when I get a chance I am going to start posting them, and start doing more because I have a lot of free time because summer is about to start. I am excited about doing this and I'm hoping to get the first review out in the next few weeks cause right now I'm still super busy with graduation, and work, and AP's and all of that good stuff.

      I know what I do with this mostly is give my opinions on random topics that I think about, then somehow find the energy to type down, today is a really great day that I just really wanted to get out there. I have been looking for a job for the past two months now and I finally got my first interview. I'm really excited it is to work at general nutrition center (GNC) and I really hope that I get it.

      Also I had asked this girl to prom and she said no because she had plans with her friends, I guess something must have happened because after lunch today she came up to ask me if I had a date for prom yet. Thinking nothing of it I said no, I am just going to go alone. Well then she asked me, if I would still go with her. Of course I said yes and I am so happy about it. FInally things are really going my way, and it is the best. I know this is only a temporary thing and life will return to how it always is, but I am relishing this feeling right now.

      I'm completing my senior year of high school, and summer is about to begin, I was wondering if any of you guys had a book to recommend me. Also I want to read a Stephen King novel, but I have never read one before, I want to know which one is the most suspenseful and immersive. There are two books that I plan on reading over the summer which are The Fall of Giants by Ken Follet and The Hunger Games by Suzanne Colins. (No I have not seen The Hunger Games movie I planned on watching that after I read the book.

      I was hoping to read more over the summer, and maybe have discussions about the books with you guys. I don't know if that will happen, but please give me book recommendations that you loved.

      Telemarketers

      I want someone ot explain to me how a telemarketer can get my cell phone number. There is only one thing that I give out my cell phone number to, and that is job applications. Are they taking my phone and giving it to agencies that want to sell me completely useless stuff, or a credit card, or how my wife is trying to divorce me. I think that one is interesting beause I am 18 and single. So, was I knocked out, then someone broke into my house, abducted me and drove me all the way to Las Vegas. There they went into a strip club to find the perfect woman. They paid her $250 to come with them. Then they rent out this place to have the wedding, where an Elvis impersonator is there singing how he met a hound dog ready to pronounce us man and wife. Then, I started to stir and awaken, which would have ruined their whole plan, as I would have beat them all senseless. One of the guys props my mouth open so the other one can put another rufilin into my mouth, knocking me out for another 5 hours. They get me married which goes off more of less without a hitch, and drive me back home put me back in bed. The whole reason that they did that is because they thought it would be a funny joke. Well to whoever those people are I hate you.

      Live Stream

      So they did live stream of left 4 dead 2 on expert, and then Burnie on the podcast said that they had plans to do more live streaming stuff this month what happened to that. I loved watching that live stream, and to me it is just as funny as a let's play, but instead of 15-30 minutes of awesome, it is two hours.

      What American's have taken away from that today it the rags to riches ideal. The reason I am talking about this, is that Rooster Teeth to me is one of these success stories. What they have, is a successful small business. When they started, which has been stated on many podcasts, they worked out of Burnie's house to make Red vs. Blue while still working at the tech company. When they struck it gold getting 200,000 views on episode one of Red vs. Blue, they decided to take the leap of faith. Although I do not know when exactly they left their jobs to start Rooster Teeth, when they did; Burnie Burns, Gustavo Sorola, Geoff Fink, at the time, now Geoff Ramsey, Matt Hullum, Joel Heyman, Kathleen Zuelch, Jason SaldaƱa, and Dan Godwin took the risk to become part of this new company that Burnie wanted to create. (I know at the time Dan, Jason, Joel, and maybe Kathleen still had their other jobs)

      Rooster Teeth today has become a major part of the internet culture. With millions of people in their community site, and creating a lot of different content, I am glad that they are a success story. I try to watch everything they do, their Achievement Hunter videos, RVB (of course), RT life, all of it. I love this company, and I love that it embodies the American dream so well. I believe it should be an inspiration for everybody to see what this company has been able to achieve over the past nine years. I hope that they never stop making content. Even when the founders of the company decide to leave, I hope that they continue

      Ugh I need to complain about this because something needs to be said, and I am too much of a girl to say it on facebook where he could see it. But here I go, I have a facebook friend who every day gives a tip of the day. It sounds kind of cool, the problem is this guy is a douchebag, and I just want to punch him in the face everytime I see him on the damn news feed. He is one of those people that could tell me the greatest thing on the planet, it could cure cancer, stops SIDS, stop all war, famine, drought, tsunami's, earthquakes, and you know what I would not listen to the advice, because everything that he types is complete garbage. I'm too lazy to unfriend him because that is a lot of work to do that, and I would much rather put up with the annoyance. I'm just saying nobody who knows they are a douchebag should be doing the "tip of the day" shit.

      So, as I use the Rooster Teeth community site more and more, it is becoming apparent it has all of the best elements of all other social media sites put together. It has Karma from reddit, mods from well facebook, tumblr. and google+. The best part is I don't have to annoyed every ten minutes with a tweet-like or facebook status-like thing that is telling me about somebodies day. That has spelling errors, and seems to me to being self important. Like they are saying you should, because I am important enough to tell you what I am doing right now. And you will be in awe at what I am doing, and completely jealous. (I do realize the hypocrisy that I am speaking as i am complaining about this and expected people to read this because I think I am important enough for you to read this.) Out of all the social media sites that I have an account on, I think this one is the best designed.
