It's amazing how much a little fluke in the system can increase one's popularity. As you may be aware I have been online for a little while so its understandable. I'm not complaining just noticing, feel free to poke around on my profile I'm not picky. Just to let you know I'm a nice guy so it's OK we're good. Any-who I should get back to my program so too-due-loo.

Let me tell you a little secret

A couple of you have noticed this and this is why I know about but there appears to be a bit of a "glitch" in my profile information. If you were to take a gander over at my user stats y'all notice that though I have been a member of this site for a mere four years I have in fact been online for just over 4000 days that's almost 11 years. I am posting an image into my user photos as proof of the fact once the issue at large is resolved. Really what's going on here is I have in fact managed to generate anomalies in time. It is my theory that very soon I will be able to control these anomalies and thus in fact travel through time and space.

      Bad luck is he...

This little story starts back in April about a week before my Easter break. I was driving back to Rapid City, SD from Sioux Falls, SD with my younger brother whom I had just picked up. He was coming out to visit the school that I attend. On our way back the weather turned from a cool overcast day to rain and eventually to snow, yes it sometimes snows late in the season in South Dakota. I was just taking the cruise control off when suddenly we hit a patch of ice, this obviously cause the car to spin. We had three impacts; one on the guardrail and one on either side of the short bridge before eventually coasting into the ditch. We were both fine but the car was totaled, amazingly enough all the damage happened to the rear end of the car. Alright so that's that story, the beginning of the next one.

So last night (6/7/2011) I was once again driving with my brother, this time to a town just north of the Twin Cities in Minnesota to a town by the name of Forest Lake. As we went along I began to notice a bit of wobble in the car, this gradually got worse and worse so I elected to stay the night in Forest Lake. Turns out that decision may have saved my life and or the life of someone else. As I was driving back into Forest Lake the wobble was a full on shaking of the car. Eventually the was a clunk followed by some severe rattling and then next thing I knew my front driver side tire was racing ahead of me into the woods. I managed to pull the car with slight difficulty put managed all the same.

After a bit of searching in the woods I found my run away wheel and then called a local tow company and had my car towed to Tires Plus in Forrest Lake. So then 7hrs and $430 later I was on my way back home. The time in Forest Lake wasn't bad because I had lived there just about 9 years ago. I walked around, went to the local coffee shop took some pictures of funny magnets if you follow my twitter then you saw them if not then shame on you. However back to the title, Bad luck is he... He of course refers to my brother who was a part of both instances. Never shall I take him on a long distance journey again.

The cars I reference are as follows: 1997 Buick LeSabre from the first story and my current car a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am SE

      They are not issues...

Problems are always in front of us, there is no way to escape them just to accept them as what they are and start to move on. That is how most people see things in the world, they find a problem ans then they will try almost anything to avoid it until it becomes so big that nothing can be done about it. I am choosing to not step around the problem but to change it into a personal challenge to overcome. For example I just recently got a new used car, I wasn't the smartest about purchasing it but it happened and I can't take it back. So here are the problems it has: The AC doesn't work, the mechanic said it might be the condenser and it would cost about $1000 to fix it or even to just see if that is the source of the problem. As well as that the lights for the instrument gauges don't work, the indicator lights do just not the back lights, and to top it off the cigarette light doesn't work so I can't charge my phone or anything in the car. All of these are relatively large problems especially the AC in this humid Minnesota environment. But I don't see these as problems I see them as a chance to learn, be inventive and imaginative. Though they may prove to be annoyances for awhile I will cope and adapt to deal with them and to solve them as challenges. This is my chance to grow and I am going to take it.

      The Hangover Part II

Tonight I saw the second installment of The Hangover , the first one was great and it was no different in this new one here are a few spoiler free highlights. As you can expect this movie was very similar to the first one Stew, Alan, and Phil start with a seemingly normal drink as fellow friends Teddy and Doug but with a little Alan planning this go off skew. The movie was full of laughs and was good fun. As you can guess from the trailers the monkey is great fun and a big part of the movie. I highly reccomend seeing it at your local theater. This movie has already made over $31 Million and can be hard to get to, I had to deal with two sold-out shows so make sure you get to the theater early and I mean really early.

Yeah like the bathroom? How does ANYONE go to the bathroom on that thing? Do they open the doors and poop in space or make a pit stop anywhere in time and make a poop paradox by pooping at the spot Jesus was supposed to poop at but since someone already pooped there he moved to another area to poop at causing him not to die causing another alternate future. :/
