Metal Gear Solid on the PS1> I didn't have a memory card at all so I devoted and entire saturday to beating it, I was immensely proud when I finished it. Would say at the time it was a 10/10.

This is pathetic..... I've been gaming since at least 1990 (born 87), but I never really beat a game until either Max Payne or The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Before that I played mostly multiplayer games and didn't care about finishing them. I just wanted to have fun with friends, so I played Tecmo Super Bowl, Goldeneye, various racing games....

But when I hit high school I started getting into the stories of games, and Max Payne and Morrowind were great ones. Both games are definite 10's.

Ah, With cheats it was Pandemonium, with the Jester and the Acrobat, there was this one cheat that let you level select. Without cheats, it was...... Damn, I dunno, I know there were fighting games, so.... Oh! it was Marvel game, I forgot what it was called, but in it you fought against marvel heroes and villains until you fought Thanos.

StarCraft. 10/10 if only for nostalgia. There are plenty of games that I've come to love equally or more since I was 9 but it will forever hold a place near and dear to my heart.

Adventure back on the original Atari 2600.

Prior to that one, there weren't really that many videos games that had an "end." Most of them usually kept going level after level getting harder and harder.

First arcade game I ever finished was the original Dragon's Lair laser disk game. Same reason. It was the first game I found in the arcade that actually HAD an end.

Thank you, that was my first game completed too. 10/10 for it back then, easily. I did have fun taking on Star destroyers in my A-wing and winning, too. Plus their constant Tie fighter/interceptor/bomber defense groups. Awesome.
