Im also signed up, running on 2 computers, but ive heard that with things like this, seti at least, it burned up processors more quickly because theyre in use more often than usual. Is there any truth to this?

Processors aren't light bulbs, man. They don't burn up unless your idea of a cooling system is leaning down and blowing on it from time to time.

I have 3 always-on computers (I work on two of them regularly) running an avg of Athlon XP 2400 processors with 1.5GB RAM. I only dedicate 1 GB of HD space to World Comm Grid on each installation which slows things down a bit and lowers my device score (avg is 184).

My overall rank is 1,452 which I suspect is pretty good for my run time (rank 2,484).

Why do you have to disconnect? Don't you use a router or a switch to connect to the net? Or does you Xbox actually have to go through your computer to get to the net?

I'm trying to find other computers to put this on so I can have more than one running at one time, too.
It'd be nice to find a whole Computer Lab I could put it on :D

Yeh, router is downstairs in my flatmates room, so i have an ether cable running upstaires to my room.(so we can share the BB connection) So untill i get splitter and another lengh of cable; i'll have to keep doing what i'm doing. :)
