I was going to post this yesterday, but didn't want to damper the mood of Community Day. So here goes.
I initially made Midwesterners just over three years ago now, because at the time that were less than a handful of active state and local groups in the Midwest as a whole, such as RT MN, Michigan, etc. Thankfully, that is no longer the case. While these other groups have sprung up and found consistent success and growth, our has petered out, which is not, in and of itself, a bad thing. But given how hard it has been the last several months to try to field any type of dedicated game night or movie night, and the fact that I’m increasingly busy with my own personal projects, this will be the last post from this group for a while, at least one done by me.
If there is anyone who wants to take the reigns, however, I’ll always be around to offer whatever support I can. If you want to give things a go, leave a comment below, or drop me a message here on the site.
If you’ve ever done the RvB night, Community game night, attended the Cardinals game back in 2015, or just posted in the forums, thanks for being a part of the group! It was certainly a fun few years for me, and I hope others can say the same. If this is where I leave things, and no one wants to try moving things forward, I’m good with that.
