Well, it's that time of the year again. The time where I begin to make good on my new year's resolution. This year I'm going to try and get back into shape. Today I will start "Running". And by that I mean a brisk power walk around the river. Along with the walking, I plan on getting one of those door jam pull up bars you see on TV.

Thats the one.

Then when school starts, I'm going to find me a non-girly colored yoga mat and start that stuff up. Because my Iphone is so awesome, I have a very good yoga app that I plan on using. It has all kinds of crazy poses that I can try. This whole thing should be fun. I can't wait to get into shape for summer!
