It's been nearly a week and my left shoulder is just now able to move without hurting too much and my right thumb is only a little sore. I had to take a week off of bike riding I was so sore. Yes I still ride, I try to do 4 times a week at a minimum of 10 miles. I've thought about trying P90x to get back in shape since biking seems to still be really slow right now. We'll see what comes up though.
