As I'm sure the majority of us here are general video game fans, regardless of console, I'd like to know if anyone here is also an anime fan, more specifically any Shonen JUMP fans?

I'm asking because..

Ahem.. What I mean is..

But seriously, this game, looks intense!! Not many characters have been revealed yet, I'm hoping for an extremely large roster myself, but I'll be happy with a small amount of characters, since this has been the type of game I've been waiting for since I first discovered anime.

J-Stars Victory Vs is a game focused on the Shonen JUMP series of Manga and Anime, we'll be seeing famous characters like Goku (DBZ), Naruto (Naruto: Shippuuden), Ichigo (Bleach) and Monkey. D. Luffy. (One Piece) and some lesser known characters, that are equally as popular but the series were not all aired on TV as regularly as the former, like Gintoki (Gintama), Yusuke (YuYu Hakusho), Kenshin (Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X)) amongst others! From what we've seen so far, the game seems to be a 2-v-2 free-form battle style game, with each character having their own type that determines which kinds of move-sets they'll have!

This game is a dream game for anime fans, being able to battle it out as your favourite characters, from a variety of series! If I'm not mistaken, this is the first solely anime/manga based game of it's kind for Next-Gen consoles! Though by the time of it's release (Date TBC) the 'new' next-gen consoles will be available, so I guess it will be for 'current-gen' consoles now, and previous-gen consoles when it's released..

By the way, it's available for PS3 and PSVita, whether it's being ported, or even created for the PS4 is still to be confirmed, hopefully there will be some news on that before the release of the PS4, so people who choose to upgrade to the PS4 will still have the chance to play this stunning looking game.
