Hard drive troubles; it's my own damn fault for plugging my hard drive into the wrong outlet out here on the rig. I know better. But I'm still pissed. I've lost the radio play screenplay I was working on the other day. I'd start again on the thing but the failure also cost me the entire Cocoa Tales file as well, all 220 something pages of it. Thankfully THAT one has redundant backups so I'm not too worried; should only set me back a few pages. And they weren't even very good pages. Here's to laziness and incompentence!

But losing the ten pages I wrote on the radio play frustrates me. I'll have to wait until I'm back on land to start it again as I won't have access to my backups until then. Maybe I'll just work on the music and sound effects side of the project instead.

I gotta say, the more I think about a radio play version of Cocoa Tales the more excited I become. There's just something about radio plays that I love; I used to listen to them when I was a kid and I ran When Radio Was when I worked in radio. Always loved the show. How awesome would it be to have modernized radio show storytelling released over the internet in MP3 form?

Okay, maybe it's not all that awesome to most people; if it were someone probably would have done it by now. But I want it again. Guess that means I'm the one to give it a try.
