I've been working out regularly for the past two years, but I have kinda been stuck in a rut for a bit. But now Buff Buddies is the perfect excuse to try pushing myself again and give myself some real goals to work towards.

Current Maxes:

Bench Press: 195 lbs

Squat: 255 lbs

Dead Lift: 280 lbs

Overhead Press: 135 lbs

One Arm Curl: 55 lbs

Seated Row: 195 lbs

4 mile run: 35 mins

Current Weight: 185 lbs

Goals by Week 16:

Bench Press: 225 lbs

Squat: 275 lbs

Dead Lift: 315 lbs

Overhead Press: 165 lbs

One Arm Curl: 65 lbs

Seated Row: 225 lbs

Goal Weight: 165 lbs

I'll also be adjusting my diet to have less fat and more protein, with the hopes of gaining (or at the very least, maintaining) muscle and losing some body fat.
