Hey guys,

I have begun to get slightly sluggish as a software developer. A lot of my time is spent behind the keyboard and screen so I'm going to try to gain some more muscle.

Current: 153lbs.

Goal: 170lbs.

I think I can definitely achieve this +13 lbs over the 16 weeks that Buff Buddies is taking place. I look forward to following other RT fans progress!

Just a little about what I will be doing:

Food: 3400+ calories per day.


- Monday: Chest and Triceps.

- Tuesday: Back and Biceps.

- Wednesday: Legs.

- Thursday: Shoulders and Abs.

- Friday: Running or swimming.
