Starting to feel the burn, my arms are shaky after each set but at the same time I can see the smallest hint of definition forming, much different then the usual flab I'm use to when flexing my arms. hoping to find something secure enough to do lunges with to further the pull on my arms and pecs. I have a chin-up bar installed in my room and I hope to be able to pull myself up at least once before this is all over.
