Oh jeez, meant to upload something sooner. How's everyone doing with the buffyness. I myself have re watched all the season again this week and... Oh wait, not the Vampire Slayer?


So nothing major has gone down this past bit. Workout is the same as ever, Chest and Triceps Mondays, Back and Biceps Wednesdays, Legs and core Friday, and cardio in between. College life is killing me in the food department cause I'm still eating junk, but I'm getting there.

Covered some BJJ classes Saturday, and then got a really good roll in afterwards, so that's also helping with the fitness. Wish I could get in more often then I do but again, college.
