So today I'm mad, I worked out mad, I threw in new moves because I was mad, Mad at what I allowed myself to become. I want to workout to feel better about myself, to flatten my stomach, pump up my arms and back and lose the moobs I've had all my life. I'm sick and tired of just being another chubby guy. I want to be a guy that girls stare at, that girls want to walk up to them and talk to them.

Able to do:

Push-ups (planked) 2 sets of 10 reps

Sit-ups 2 sets of 10 reps

Squats 2 sets of 25 reps

Lunges 2 sets of 10 reps.

Wishlist to add.

Kettle bell excercises for some more stress on my biceps.

Buy running shoes and start jogging to my bus stop 30 minutes away in the morning. Start by jogging until I can't anymore, and continue until I can do the entire 3km.
