Starting on October 10th, I will be working as an intern in an Art Direction/Graphic Design position at CultHealth/Cult360. It's slightly terrifying in all honesty. This will be the first time I'm stepping into the design field at an actual agency and I'm very excited. Now, I won't be doing any crazy glamorous designs in my position, but it's a start and a foot in the door. Plus everyone there seems really nice and down to earth, hell after my interview one of the Art Directors asked what PokemonGo team I'm on since he plays and really liked my PokemonGo designs in my portfolio. We have to remember not everything starts with immediate glory. You have to work through the initial steps in order to get where you want to be. There is also the possibility that I will be hired if I do good work and keep up with what's thrown at me, so I know I gotta hit the ground running.

I've been at the pet store for some time now, so leaving here is a bit weird. The fact that I'll have semi normal hours and not working 11 hour shifts is mind blowing. It's a nice feeling though to finally get the ball rolling.

I've also gotten my screen printing equipment. I've always wanted to be able to make my own shirts/designs so I decided it's time to take a crack at this. I should be starting that up soon.

Things are interesting right now.

Hope you're all having a wonderful week. Don't forget to smile!
