Hi all!


The long weekend got the better of me, but we are now into week 4 of Fit4RTX! How are your routines coming along? I'm finding that I definitely don't drink as much water as I should, so I'm working on that. I can feel my legs getting stronger, but I have to take it a little easier on the pushups. Often times, I split up the numbers as well like doing half the amounts in the morning, and then finishing up the routines at night.
