This week has been good. In today's workout I leveled up from 20 reps to 30 reps on my ab workouts. I've been eating way more vegetables everyday. I have had some off days, I'll be honest I didn't work out on the Extra Life stream day, but I did buy a poster. I don't own any scales, but the ones at the gym kind of work. I'm still sticking around 189 lbs, but the last time I weighed I had already eaten breakfast. I'll get more accurate weights when I go home. So far my workouts have been mostly arms and abs. I love doing air chairs and weighted squats though. I think I should add more cardio to the routine. I'm going to try and get some martial arts training in tomorrow. I haven't really been concerned with what I eat. As long as I get some veg in my diet I'm ok for now. Once I can do some serious grocery shopping then I can eat healthier. As a college student eating healthy is really hard, we have THREE boxes of 12 pack HotPockets in our freezer right now and I can only cook a few days in the week. This will be tough, hope everyone else's week was good. Hope Meg can do the half marathon and Paris is in my prayers.
No noticeable difference yet except a shallow lone down the middle of my abs when I workout, but it's only the first week so I shouldn't get my hopes up.
