The Legend of Shambhala (Shangri La)
When the Tibetan monks first saw sailors from the west, they asked why they did not come from the inner Earth like the others of their kind, the western sailors were confused by this statement.
The reason why it's never been found is because people are looking in the wrong place...
As above, as is below, in the realm of Agartha.
"Behind snowy peaks, somewhere to the North, lies a Mystical Kingdom, where a line of Enlightened Kings is guarding the innermost teachings of Buddhism for a time when all truth in the outside world is lost in war and greed. Then, the King of Shambhala will emerge with a great army to destroy the forces of evil and bring in a new Golden Age."
Rumors and reports have been in existence, for millennia now, that somewhere near or beyond Tibet, among icy peaks and in some of the secluded valleys of Eurasia, lies a "paradise", inaccessible to us. It is a place of enlightenment, wisdom and peace, called Shambhala, known by several other names such as "Shangri-La" and "Agharta."
Shambhala is a Sanskrit word, which means "place of peace." It has often been thought of as a cluster of minds, of perfect and semi-perfect beings, who are guiding the evolution of humanity. It is also considered to be the source and safeguard of Kalachakra (The Wheel of Time), one of the highest branches of Tibetan mysticism and Buddhism's teachings.
According to the legends, The King of Shambhala (Shambhala's existence predates Buddhism) travelled to India to meet Buddha and learn the Kalachakra teachings. He then took those teachings back to the Kingdom, where the teachings have been preserved. It is said that only a person with a pure heart can live in Shambhala. There, they shall enjoy ease and perfect happiness and will not know suffering, desire or age. Love and wisdom reign. Injustice and vices are unknown. The inhabitants are long-lived, wear beautiful and perfect bodies and possess supernatural powers; their spiritual knowledge is deep, their technological level highly advanced, their laws mild and their study of the arts and sciences covers the full spectrum of cultural achievement, but on a far higher level than anything the outside world has attained.
By definition Shambhala is hidden. Of the numerous explorers and seekers of spiritual wisdom who attempt to locate Shambhala, none can pinpoint its physical location on a map, although all say it exists in the mountainous regions of Eurasia. Many have also returned believing that Shambhala lies on the very edge of physical reality, as a bridge connecting this world to one beyond it.
Tibetan lamas spend a great deal of their lives in spiritual development before attempting the journey to Shambhala. Perhaps deliberately, the guidebooks to Shambhala describe the route in terms so vague that only those already initiated into the teachings of the Kalachakra can understand them.
According to some lamas, "As the traveller draws near the kingdom, their directions become increasingly mystical and difficult to correlate with the physical world. At least one lama has written that the vagueness of these books is deliberate and intended to keep Shambhala concealed from the barbarians who will take over the world." This line being referred to is from the Prophecy of Shambhala.
The Prophecy of Shambhala:
The prophecy of Shambhala states that each of its kings will rule for 100 years. There will be 32 in all, and as their reigns pass, conditions in the outside world will deteriorate. Men will become more warlike and pursue power for its own sake, and an ideology of materialism will spread over the earth. There will then be a gradual deterioration of mankind as the ideology of materialism spreads over the earth. When the “barbarians” who follow this ideology are united under an evil king and think there is nothing left to conquer, the mists will lift to reveal the snowy mountains of Shambhala. The barbarians will attack Shambhala with a huge army equipped with terrible weapons. Then the 32nd king of Shambhala, Rudra Cakrin, will lead a mighty host against the invaders. In a last great battle, the evil king and his followers will be destroyed.
Some put the year of the prophecy as 2029, although most predictions put it at 2424, when a Great War will begin in India.
The Subterranean World of Agharta:
Early European travellers to Tibet consistently told the same tale of a hidden spiritual center of power. The only difference, that these spoke of Shambhala being a hidden world underneath the surface of the planet. It was sometimes spelt Agharti, Asgartha or Agarttha), although it is now commonly known as Shambhala and often confused travellers. I use the word "Agharta" here to identify the subterranean version of Shambhala.
Taking the legend in its most basic form, Agharta is said to be a mysterious underground kingdom situated somewhere beneath Asia and linked to the other continents of the world by a gigantic network of tunnels. These passageways, partly natural formations and partly the handiwork of the race which created the subterranean nation, provide a means of communication between all points, and have done so since time immemorial. According to the legend, vast lengths of the tunnels still exist today; the rest have been destroyed by cataclysms. The exact location of these passages, and the means of entry, are said to be known only to certain high initiates, and the details are most carefully guarded because the kingdom itself is a vast storehouse of secret knowledge. Some claim that the stored knowledge is derived from the lost Atlantean civilisation and of even earlier people who were the first intelligent beings to inhabit the earth.
It has been told that Agharta is a hidden land somewhere in the East, below the surface of the earth, where a population of millions is ruled by a “Sovereign Pontiff”, who is assisted by two colleagues, the “Mahatma” and the “Mahanga”. His realm was transferred underground and concealed from the surface-dwellers at the start of the Kali Yuga, which he dates around 3200 BCE. According to Saint-Yves,

Black and Red with a Bottle with a Teddy Bear head with X for eyes.
Its a Free Perk but can only be found in the Multplayer Version of the Map.
Once you Drink it, you have near invincibility, and Insta-Melee Kill. You can also use your weapons plus you get Quadrupole Points. 4X Points. However, no matter what round your on, once the round is up, you DIE, you completely pass Last Stand, you go Strait to Dead. You don't come back until the other players get past two more rounds. So say, you die on 10, you come back at 13.
The reason for this perk is to gain tons of points but you sacrifice your self. You won't be able to use the points until you get back. Also this could effect the other players chance to survival. So it would be stupid for two people to use it at once.
Everytime you get it, you hear a very dark laugh by Samantha. The Machine looks like a Rusty Metal teddy bear with a sign in the hands that say. "See you Soon"
Tank: "You little Brat! When I get there, I'm putting you in a TIME OUT!"
Richtofen: *Serious Tone* "You know? I will probably die in a very slow painfull death...."*HIS Erotic Slow Sensual Tone*..."Ohhh, but it will fill so Wonderba."
Takeo: "Finally, I will be Honorable.....But....It will really hurt."
Nikolia: "I'm going to Hell!?.....GREAT! You know how many Pissed off Ex-Wives I have down Their?....Should I Bring Flowers?"
In Shi No Numa, a radio message can be heard in the starting room by turning on three radios. The message is:
“R-4808n 37 14 06 115 48 40. I hope that you are receiving this transmission Peter, if not then all has already been lost. You must know by now that we failed to contain the Asylum and we had to move the experiment here. Location: the numbers will guide you. The giant must remain (static) at all costs, repeat, Der Riese must remain (static) at all costs. The DG experiments continues. You’re our only advantage now. Find Doctor Richtofen (static is in this word, but it is still audible) and Doctor Max, they may know what’s going on. The use of 115 is dangerous at best. I’m not sure how much longer we can continue here. We’ve lost most of our best people. I hope you get this. I hope I happen to be there too but I’m almost out of hope. 60 54 06.96 101 55 44.94.“
— Shi No Numa radio message.
The numbers are the coordinates of Tunguska (end of message) and Area 51 (beginning of message). Dr. Max is Dr. Maxis. “DG experiments” is a reference to the Wunderwaffe DG-2. The asylum is the setting of the second level, Verruckt. 115 is element 115, an element found in meteors and known to power the Wunderwaffe. A meteor containing 115 is shown in the map Shi No Numa outside one of the swamp areas. A meteor can also be seen on the moon in Der Riese and Ascension. Kino der Toten contains three fragments of a meteor that, when activated, play the musical easter egg, rightfully named 115. Peter is secretly an American agent and Tank was sent to recover him.
In Der Riese, the creation of the Zombies and Hellhounds is explained. Dr. Maxis was testing Zombies for the government project christened “Der Riese” or “The Giant”. He was testing teleporters by sending people and/or dogs through them. They reappeared at the mainframe, but had been turned into Zombies. He tried to control the Zombies, but the problem was that they would always go berserk and try to kill him, resulting in their death. All of these experiments were done with his assistant, Dr. Edward Richtofen. When he used his daughter Samantha’s dog, Fluffy, as a teleporter test subject, he accidentally created the first hellhound. The dog was teleported, but like the rest of the subjects, she reappeared at the mainframe zombified. When Samantha came running in and started questioning her dad about her dog, Richtofen left the room. Richtofen then betrayed him by locking him and his daughter in the room with the hellhound, which was originally believed to have killed them. Richtofen let loose the zombies on the factory, as on another radio message the player can hear screams and the sounds of Zombies moaning and attacking. Another radio message explains how hellhounds increased in quantity; in it, Maxis talks to his daughter about Fluffy’s pregnancy. In Call of Duty: Black Ops it is revealed that he and the other three playable characters survived the events at Der Riese and time-traveled to a Nazi theater, where they continue to fight Zombies.
In the introduction to Kino der Toten, Richtofen reveals that he knows much more about the energy created by 115, and that he was excited to learn that it was also capable of time travel. He seems unconcerned that he and his partners have been teleported to Nazi Germany in an unknown year.
Documents from vbush detail more of the story. They reveal that the ray gun was created by Maxis while the Wunderwaffe and the Monkey Bomb were created by Richtofen. As the experiments with 115 continued, Maxis noted that Richtofen had started acting increasingly insane and that he feared for his and Samantha’s lives and regretted inviting him to join the group. Maxis also wrote that he and Sophia were attracted to each other. One of the other documents also reveals that Tank, Nikolai, and Takeo had their memories wiped by 115 and were being observed by Richtofen. It is also pretty apparent from the loading screen for Nacht der Untoten in Black Ops that someone (identity unknown) tried to use Soviet memory modification technology to try and control the zombies.
Sometime prior to Ascension, Yuri Kravcheski was transferred to work on sending monkeys into space, much to his dismay. His transfer was caused by his superior, Gersch, who he holds a grudge against. As the radio messages progress, Yuri notices the teddy bear and the Matryoshka dolls and wonders how a child could be let into the station. It is assumed Samantha Maxis brought these items and that she then drives Yuri insane. Yuri, in his state of insanity, finishes the Gersch Device and has Gersch activate it, letting in the zombies and seemingly killing Gersch. Yuri soon realizes his mistake and is heard screaming at the end of the last recording.
After the events of Kino der Toten, the main characters somehow reach the abandoned Soviet launch pad in Ascension. When the game starts, the four are landing in the starting room on the lunar lander as the color turns to black and white (which the characters acknowledge). The characters then hear Gersch, who tells them that the mechanism must be repaired. He is referring to the Kassimir Mechanism, which must be repaired by completing different tasks. After all of the tasks are completed and the mechanism is repaired, Gersch is free and gives the players 90-second death machines.
While the events of Ascension are occurring in Russia, the events of “Five” are also unfolding in the Pentagon. While John F. Kennedy, Robert McNamara, Fidel Castro, and Richard Nixon are negotiating, Zombies break into the Pentagon with only the four of them left to fight them. While fighting, they call the characters in Ascension using three red telephones spread across the Pentagon.
In Mortal Kombat (aka Mortal Kombat 9, 2011 version) for the PS3 and Xbox 360, there are quite a few Kombat Kodes (aka cheat codes) you can enter on the loading screen on a Versus match for various different effects, from turning off the ability to jump, to fighting with no arms.
To enter these codes, on the loading screen you’ll see three symbols on each side of the screen, one set for each player to interact with. Pressing buttons will change the symbols. For the Xbox 360, you’ll press X for the first position, Y for the second, and B for third. For PS3 you press Square for the first position, Triangle for the second position, and Circle for the third.
The numbers below represent the number of times you hit the button in each position. For example, for Armless Kombat on the Xbox 360, each player would press X 9 times, Y one time, and B one time. Player one enters the first set of numbers, and player two enters the second set of numbers.

Each character has multiple fatilities in Mortal Kombat (aka Mortal Kombat 9, the 2011 version) for the Xbox 360.
You can unlock all of these moves (with the exception of the DLC required ones) by performing them in Arcade or Versus mode. Technically you don’t even need to purchase the fatalities from the Krypt, because they will be added to your moves list automatically when you perform them.
Babalities can only be performed if you did not block any attacks in the final round. You can hit the block button, you just can’t block an incoming attack.
The Stage Fatalities listed below can only be performed on the following stages:
•The Dead Pool
•The Living Forest
•The Pit Day
•The Pit Night
Here is the complete list of fatalities and babalities, and how to perform them.
