I completed my first "write-up" as on RA tonight. It was freaking sweet, now I am drunk with power!

I am not sure how much I can tell you but I am sure it will come as a huge shock to tell you it was alcohol related.

I wanna go out and bust some more suckas now! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

So we had our second hockey game yesterday. My first shift in, I get tripped up while going full speed toward the boards, fall on my back and slide feet first into the boards. Twisted my right ankle. Didnt think a whole lot about it. In fact, I ended up getting two points on the night (a goal and an assist) after the ankle thing. So its just sore enough to limp last night, I iced it, rested it, elevated it all last night.

This morning I wake up to a purple ankle with about another golf ball sized swelling on top of my ankle. I was just gonna keep icing it and remain off it until our game next week. Well, long story even longer, I made the mistake of telling my mom and she made me call my doctor to see if there is any other things I should be doing instead of just icing. The doctor says he wants to see it. 3 xrays and a brace that makes me look like a queer Forest Gump later, I have a deep ankle strain and I am not to get in the skates for two weeks, if and only if I do these lame streches several times a day.

I called the team captain and we decided that I am now to put on a suit and stand behind the bench.

The Rockies called up catching prospect Chris Ianetta. Designated Danny Ardoin for assignment. Orioles claimed Ardoin off waivers. You better be worth it Ianetta.

Well my time at camp has ended and I have come home, kinda. If you missed it or maybe I didnt even mention that I got an RA job at school. So I had to leave camp early and come to RA training. I got 1 day at home and now I am at school. Already I want to go back to camp. I have been in the dorms less than 5 hours and I have already locked myself out of my room. I let my mom drive off with my social security card which I need so they can set up my pay stuff and run a background check. Its going to be a long school season.

More of the same. An adult leader called me a lier. Then I proved his son to be a lier and told them to leave my camp. Fun stuff. Because of my RA job I will be coming home August 8. At this point I have not checked the NHL forum since late May, and I am 873 posts behind. Come on guys! Shoot for 1000! I am beginning to really want an Ipod. But I dont want one of the videos, a nano or a shuffle. I want more gigs than a nano, I dont need the video, why wont they sell me an old one. Blast! I am beginning to tire of teaching archery all day everyday and saying the same things over and over. "The next person please step up to the line, You are free to nock your arrow, You are free to fire when ready, dont point your arrow at my forehead, the line is clear, you are free to retreve your arrows." Soon I will be home to my shiny new 360 and I am gonna game. Oh am I gonna game.

So I leave for my camp tomorrow. I am looking forward to it because if I spend much more time in base camp I think I am going to go insane. Me and my fellow Apache Springs (name of my camp) staff went to Taos yesterday to get some pizza and get out of base camp. At my camp, there 4 male staff and 1 female. We decided to see a movie and let here pick, and we ended up seeing "The break up". Dont see it. It is a waste of money. After the movie we went to a local brewery. All of the staff that are of age got the brewery's famous green chile beer. I had home brewed root beer. It was okay, not the best I have had. The other day the base camp staff put on what they called "a coffee house" were staff could drink coffee and sign up to perform infront of other staff. Most played guitars and sang songs but this one kid came up and read poetry. His first poem was some metephor for life but he used Super Mario Bros. to describe it. His next poem built on the Mario theme. The first line of the second poem was, "If God made green mushrooms, Grandpa would still be alive." I know I am going to hell, because when he read that I nearly crapped myself due to laughter. Also I learned that Boy Scout campfires are a lot more fun when all the performers are shit faced. God bless the boy scouts. Talk to you guys in a couple weeks when I am back at base.

Well I am here at camp. For those of you who dont know I am at Philmont which is the premir boy scout summer camp in the nation if not the world. I am on staff here as an archery instructor. Currently I am in base camp so I have access to the world wide internets, but when I go to my camp I will be about 20 miles from base with no electricity, and be living in a large canvas tent. I am currently undergoing different trainings. Today was first aid. We were given a first aid field book that is rittled with typos. My favorite was that a helecopter rescue requires me and my fellow staf to creat a LZ of 100 inches by 100 inches. I wont be leaving for my camp for another week so I will be able to check in now and then for the next week. Also I found out yesterday that I have to come in to base camp to pick up and sign for my paycheck. This means that I will be able to check in at the middle of the month and at the end of the month. So at least I will sorta know what is going on in the world. Well I suppose that is it for now. Talk to you all when I can.
