      Blocks and things.

What can be described as an addiction? A physical or psycological dependence. Ever since I started playing Minecraft I've had dreams of building things, block by block. Imagine my disappointment when the skyscraper I built was just a delusion. Is this game an addiction though? Or is it an obsession?

Either way, I cannot get enough. Pretty soon my family just might need to form an intervention for me. Until then, I will keep crafting!

      Fallout 3 - Achieved

So I'm not entirely sure if I told you guys yet but I have every Fallout 3 achievement, which means nothing is holding me back for Fallout: New Vegas! Honestly, as soon as I get to choosing my difficulty, I'm going straight to "Hardcore". I will need to eat, drink and sleep to survive not to mention fight off whatever that place has to offer. Like mutants, raiders, etc. But I'm pretty confident, and I want to feel apart of the game. Which means I would have to take care of my player like a take care of myself...so he doesn't dehydrate...
I just feel like I want more responsibility and a better experience out of it. Plus that achievement wouldn't be too bad either.
      <.<
10/19/10 is the release date so the anticipation will be killing me until then.
      Happy Hunting, Achievement Hunters!

      Thicker Than Water...

      Episode 5 Part 2

Josh grabs his M16 and has it at the ready going up the staircase. He reaches the top step and opens the roof's door, he spots an Eagle guard getting ready to fire at him, but Josh was already prepared to fire and puts a bullet through his helmet into his skull. "That was close." Said Josh. Thomas and Alice poke their heads out and notice the unmanned helicopter, "Perfect!" They both said. Josh scans the rest of the rooftop of the skyscraper and finds it free of any enemies. He turns to his parents who are boarding the helicopter, "Wait! Where are you going?" Thomas steps off the Eagle helicopter and puts a hand on his shoulder, "We have to help those in need, we need to share this gift that we've been granted." Josh looks down at the ground, "I'm going to be on my own again..."

Alice steps out as well, "No, we'll see you again after we create this Utopian Settlement of ours. And haven't you made friends along the way?" He looks up at his mother, "Yeah...I have..." Thomas heads to the controls of the helicopter and Alice hugs Josh goodbye, "Protect them as if they were your family, and if something happens to us...they will be your family..." She boards the helicopter and it's cargo door closes. Joshua waves bye, and the helicopter lifts off the ground. He sees his parents waving and finally fly off into the distance. Josh sits on the ground and puts his back to a transformer on the building watching the helicopter get smaller and smaller as it flies away. He smiles and activates the beacon to call his friends, "I'll help this wasteland in a different way."

For a brief moment, all the chaos in this world seemed to disappear, and what took it's place was compassion, faith, and love.

      Thicker Than Water...

      Episode 5 Part 1

Josh is at the entrance of both jail cells staring at each of the two shadowy figures, "Um...Thomas and Alice Lancaster?..." The male figure stands up weakly and speaks, "Yeah, you going to finally kill us now?" A smile strikes Josh's face, "No! The complete opposite!" Josh spots a red button that opens the cells. He presses it and turns back around to watch the doors open up, "There, now we can-" A hand clutches onto Josh's throat, the weak figure that could barely stand in the jail now had enough strength to lift Josh up off his feet, "You bastards, will pay for holding us back on our work!" Josh could barely breathe, he gasped for air wishing to gather up enough to explain the situation, "W-wai-...F-fa-ther..." A look of bewilderment hits Thomas' face, "...Joshua?..." He lets go, the second figure exits the jail cell and hugs both Thomas and Joshua. She starts to sob, "We're all together once more...I'm so relieved!" Despite having been almost choked to death, Joshua begins to laugh and is happy to be reunited with his family. "C'mon, we can continue this later. Right now, we have to destroy this facility and get that "Holy Water." Thomas and Alice nod their heads in agreement.

Josh pokes his head from the room and asks two the Eagle guards who are standing outside to assist him. They enter, and crashing can be heard from the other side. Two shots are fired. Josh steps outside still wearing the uniform while his parents are in the Eagle guard outfits. "So, how should this place be brought down?" Josh said. Alice pops her head up, "Oh! The garage under this base has several fuel tanks, we could destroy them and bring this facility crashing down!" Thomas hugs her and Josh just smiles and rolls his eyes, "All right. It's a plan then." Thomas points down a separate hallway next to them, "I'll go check the armory for some explosives."

A few minutes pass, Joshua and Alice are in the garage waiting by the fuel tanks, no Eagles suspect anything. Thomas walks up beside them and shows them the explosives, "This should just about do it, and they can be remotely detonated." Alice places an explosive discretely on each of the four fuel tanks. She signals them to head outside. Joshua and Thomas are now safely hidden inside of an abandoned motel across from the Eagle facility. Alice meets up with them and hands Thomas the remote detonator. "Here's to years of our lives that have been lost to those monsters." Thomas says as he holds up the detonator. He flips the top off and clicks the red button. There is silence, but that silence was broken moments later as the Eagle's base had explosions erupt from underneath them, then the facility collapsed and the family had cheered with delight. Josh smiled and looked at his parents, "Now about that Holy Water..."

Above the reunited family stood a towering skyscraper that carried the title of "Priapus Inc." which was placed at the center of this building. Thomas stepped forward, "We never told the Eagle's where they would find it in this building, so they subjected us to torture until we would talk, hell, even if we told them where it was, we wouldn't tell them how to get it. They won't bother coming here, they're probably scratching their heads right now wondering why their base blew up." Josh entered and walked up the lobby's front desk and grabbed some blueprints which were under the desk, "It says here that the science lab is on one of the sub-levels." Thomas and Alice walk up to the desk and Alice speaks, "Actually, what we're looking for is in the office of the owner of this company, which is on the top floor." Thomas walks over to the elevators and waves to them to come over, "You guys ready?" Alice entered and then Josh. Thomas pressed the button for the top floor and it started to light up.

A bell in the elevator dings as they reach the top floor, as soon as the doors open a helicopter can be heard from the building's roof. "Oh no!" Said Thomas, "They're here! Let's hurry!" They all sprint down the hall until they reach an office door with writing on it that couldn't be deciphered from all the years it had been there. They enter and find themselves in a very large room. Footsteps are heard on the roof above them, Josh whispers to his parents, "Is this the place?" His mother, Alice, answers back, "Yes, it's over by the book shelf." Joshua walks over to the book shelf and examines it, Thomas stands on the side of the book shelf and begins pushing it, it slides with ease. A glass case appears on the other side with a blue light shining from underneath the container of Holy Water. Gun clicks are heard from behind them, Josh turns around to see his father and mother have guns pointed at their heads. "No!" Josh screams. An Eagle guard with the gun to Thomas' head steps forward, "That glass case only opens with voice activation, just give the stupid thing the password and you and your family are free to go." Josh starts to panic, "But I don't know the-" A bullet is fired into the ceiling, "Now! Or consider their brains scattered!" Josh faces the glass case, a computerized voice echoes throughout the room, "Voice activation code required." Josh licks his lips and thinks for a moment, "Um...Have Faith..." There is a pause and Josh starts to wonder if he guessed wrong. "Password Approved. Access Granted." Josh gives a sigh of relief, and then hears gunshots behind him. He is frightened to turn around. "What's wrong, son? He turns around to see the two Eagle guards dead on the ground and his parents with the guns their hands, he let's out a second sigh of relief and grabs the long sought after Holy Water. He handed it to his father and his father put it in a bag that's now slung over his shoulder, "Let's head to the roof."

For those of you who gave dearly to Haiti by playing Halo and played with us and Brandon, we honestly had a lot of fun. I think it would be fun if we started up a few more games like that (Hopefully With Brandon!) and we'll have another great time. Just post in here when we should have our next games. Hopefully, everyone has flexible schedules.

      An Episode 4 Hiatus...

Okay, so It's been a week. I tried to write Episode 4 sooner, but...it didn't turn out too well, I'll leave it at that...

      Thicker Than Water...

      Episode 4

Scott was flying the stolen Eagle helicopter, Josh was sitting in the back with the Eagle Officer who was knocked out, they had been flying for a day and a half now. "We'll be there soon, when we get there I'm going to have to go on my own..." Scott said. Josh put on the the Eagle Officer's uniform, "That's fine, I'm going to have to infiltrate the Eagle base that's in L.A. This guy told me my parents are in there. I'm better off doing this alone too." Scott nods in agreement and sees a dead city on the horizon, "We're here..." Josh puts on the Officer's cap to complete the outfit, "Okay, ready. Also, just leave this guy outside a settlement somewhere." Josh points to the Officer as he says this. Scott flies in close to the Eagle base to drop off Josh, "Eagle Outpost this is..." Josh whispers to Scott, "...Echo." Scott hurriedly says, "...Echo... requesting permission to land, we have Officer..." Scott looks at Josh pointing to his name tag, "...Lynch."

A voice on the radio answers back, "Copy that Echo, drop off Officer Lynch and then get back out on duty." The radio goes quiet, Scott lands the helicopter onto the base. Josh waves to Scott, "Maybe I'll see you again." Scott stays focused at the controls of the helicopter looking froward the whole time, "...Maybe..." Josh steps off and the helicopter flies away. An Eagle Guard steps forward, "We're delighted to see you, sir. We weren't expecting you, but nonetheless glad to see you got here from D.C. okay." Josh turns to the guard and speaks, "No worries, just here for an inspection. We have to make sure that this outpost is in top shape when it's so far away from our main headquarters."

The Eagle Guard leads him to the inside of the base, "To be honest Officer Lynch, I was expecting you to look a little more...battle-hardened..." Josh realizes he can't be his usual mild self, he has to act as a snobby Officer would act, "Excuse me, but I've been in countless battles risking my life to earn this rank so that I may better our cause! I've had good soldiers die along side me, and you're going to judge my skill based on my outward appearance?!" The Eagle Guard panics, "Oh no, sir. Forgive me, I meant nothing by it." Josh loosens up his facade, "That's quite alright, just take me to the holding cells next, I have to check up on that Lancaster couple." The Eagle Guard nods and walks Josh to the base's prison. They arrive at two cells placed next to each other with a scrawny figure in each one. The Eagle Guard salutes, "If you need anything, sir, just ask. I'll leave you to your interrogation." The Guard walks away and leaves Josh alone in the brig. He is on the verge of tears. Josh has found his parents...
