I figured it would be appropriate to make my first journal a story from my past that I would describe as one of my greatest nights ever. First I have to to describe myself at the time. I was an average height scrawny male who was an entire year younger than most of my grade, though still in many advanced classes. Though I got along with most people and didn't find myself arguing with anyone, I preferred to hang out with the "nerds' of my school, I just felt more at home there. Any ways on with the story.

It was my Freshmen year of high school in my small shit hole of a town and it was homecoming week and I was toilet papering with a group of friends. In this group was my friend Shawn, a girl I had been with for a month at the time, and her friend. While were out having fun we decided to TP one of our other friends. We made it to his house and just as we were almost done a group of seniors approached.

This group of seniors can be described as the typical low intellect, obnoxious, and rather dueschy group that thinks everyone likes them and thought that they were pretty tough too, tho there was one cool senior with them who wasn't a prick. They parked their ford truck next to my friends house and then one of them who was about 5'4'' and very.... slow, I guess, got out and approached me. He immediately demanded that we hand over our remaining toilet paper. Of course we were not okay with this idea.

After we denied this silly request of his he tried to take my bag and was soon judo chopped by my girlfriend. Now his bigger, but not really muscular, 6'1'', also slow, friend got out and approached us too. At this point Shawn and my girlfriends friend had fled and it was just us two left. Quickly the two senior attempted to grab our bags, and once we avoided them they decided to try and attack us.

As soon as the shorter senior tried hitting me I decided to strike back by pushing him down while meanwhile my girlfriend was
beating up the taller, bigger one with a stick she had found in the yard. After a while of getting their asses kicked they decided to retreat, but i decided the shorter one wasn't getting away that easy. I quickly dropped my things, sprinted after him and tackled him. He (or should I say we) landed on a tree, though I was unscathed. The bark of the tree gave him a cut above his left eye as well as a decent bruise. His friend who was the bigger and taller one also got some nice cuts and scratches from my girlfriend.

Obviously they were questioned about it the next day at school, they replied with "Well we were just wresting in my basement and it got a little rough". Well here's where the third senior that I mentioned before who sat in the car the whole time, Nick, comes in. He went around to the people who had asked the other two before and told them what had really happened. Through out the day I received around 75+ high fives/ good jobs for my deed thanks to him.

Strangely enough the smaller senior that I had tackled showed up at my house the next day to hang out with my brother. He planned on going T.P.-ing later that night and brought 72 rolls and left them in my garage. While he was in the basement me and the same group of friends from the previous night decided to take his T.P. and use it for our own good. Of course he knew right away who took it and later confronted me.

It was at school next day when he came up to me and said in an obnoxious voice so everyone could hear him "Hey Eklund I know you took my T.P. and I'm gonna make you buy twice that much for me!". Before I could even respond a tall senior whom I had never met before interrupts me to say "Ganzen (This was the shorter seniors last name) shut up you wouldn't want Spencer here to beat you up again". Ganzen "What do you mean?", Mystery Senior "Dude your not fooling anyone, we all know Spencer and ***** beat you and ******* up that night". Ganzen "What ever" *walks away.

This mysterious senior then said to me "Don't worry he's a puss, if he bother's you i'll lend you a hand." and then walked away. I didn't see this mysterious senior again until near the end of school when he asked how I was doing an said that no one really liked Ganzen. Though me and my girlfriend at the time broke up I didn't really mind because during my freshmen I managed to beat up a senior(not to mention some one who took pride in hurting others) and then humiliate him.

I guess this was the one time where my honest traits really paid off. I'd like to thank my old girlfriend, her friend, Shawn, and Nick for helping to make that one awesome week, and thanks to anyone who took the time to read this even though it may be amateur and put together poorly smiley0.gif
