I'm so excited to participate in the RT community with this! I started eating right and working out a week ago. I am trying to lose 100lbs in a year, and keeping up with the #buffbuddies will be a great start. The metrics I'm tracking to count progress for this show (and myself) are based on my strength and weight loss.
Starting this week my metrics are:
Current Weight: 286.4
Bench Press 1RM: 192.5
Squat 1RM: 256.66
Deadlift 1RM: 285.83
