    • why i love roosterteeth

It started on youtube when i saw some achievement hunter videos. They were one of the first ones that i really followed and I started watching all their videos. After a while I learned that they were part of this bigger company named roosterteeth.

Since then i also began watching some RT stuff. And soon it changed from watching 'some stuff' to watching allmost everything they put out. This was about the time that i created this account on the site (in a week it is exactly a year ago!)

RT has such a big amount of shows that are very different. But in this difference, they manage to give every show a special 'roosterteeth feeling'.

The last year i catched up to a lot of shows like RvB and rwby. I also saw newly created shows like on the spot which is one of my favourites. When i see how big RT is becoming, I am so happy for everyone who works there. Now that you are making a movie and fusing with funhaus etc. I really hope that a lot of new people will be introduced to the awesomness of RT.

However, I think the most important reason I love RT is the great people that work there. You have such great personalities and make so many people's lives better! Just keep doing what you are doing and keep spreading your awesomness!
      Love you! smiley12.gif

    • I hate achievements! BUT I LOVE THEM SO MUCH

      I have a love-hate relationship with achievements.

I love it when they pop up after you spend an hour doing something incredibly hard. I love it even more when you get that last achievement in a game and you can add another game to the completed games list in your head. I love it when thing are completed and that is probably exactly the same reason why i hate achievements.

When looking at my achievements i see that i am only a couple away from completing splinter cell blacklist, that makes me want to go play the game right now so i come closer to the 100%. on the other hand I can see GTA V, assassins creed 4 and halo 4.
All of those games dissapoint me with their achievements.

Lets start with ac4. Ac is a singleplayer game in the first place. It has multiplayer as well. One of the achievements is: All Rounder
Play on every game mode, and use every ability and ranged weapon once in Multiplayer. This is a great achievement because it lets people experience the multiplayer and stimulates them to find out what it is about. But they fucking had to ruin it by adding the achievement to get the highest level in the multiplayer. this makes me sad because i know it will take so much time to get that achievement. Especially because their multiplayer is not very crowded and it can take a long time to get into a game.

GTA 5 has the same problem with their get to level 100 achievement. it takes fucking forever. They really dont do a good job of feeling like you are progressing with levels and i want to feel like i am getting somewhere when going for achievements.

now halo 4 is the worst of them all. It has good basic achievements which are the perfect mix between difficult and obtainable. BUT THEIR DLC ACIEVEMENTS ARE SO BAD! It is really incredible. You have to pay so much money for those maps that you will nine out of ten times not get in matchmaking. But they made the achievements so that you have to have incredible amounts of luck to get them.

      That Won't Save You
In Castle DLC matchmaking, assassinate an enemy who is using a Hardlight Shield.

first of all enemies must be using the hardlight shield, second you need to get behind them and assassinate them and third you need to have the luck that no one will kill you in the proces. AC has some of these achievements like:
      Queen Anne's Revenge
Playing as Blackbeard, perform an acrobatic kill and a gun kill in less than 10 seconds.

This is allmost impossible to get because it has so much luck attached to it. This is the reason why i like single player only games their achievements, because the devs allways put achievements in it that are not dependent on so many other people.

But it is so addicting to get that pop up saying you just did something and are a step closer to completing the game. Well I am probably just a hopeless case because I dislike so many achievements but still love it when they pop up and will go out of my way to get them.

    • sickness and red vs blue

Well i have been sick for 3 days now. I just recently began watching red vs blue and was halfway into season 2. Because i had nothing else to do today I just continued watchting RvB and in a day i have watched 2.5 seasons. I am now at season 5 and at this rate I will be caught up to the series in about 3 days. It is a bit strange to spend an entire day on watching videos. To give some perspective: I have watched about 293 minutes of 1 serie today. I don't think I can spend that amount of time in one go on RvB ever again.
