It's a Samsung 170N. It's not widescreen, it's used, but still in great condition. I just don't need it anymore. I'll sell it for cheap.

      This is weird, I guess...

I'm looking for the Pokemon GBA games. Sapphire, Emerald, Green, and Red, actually. eBay is dangerous what with the bootlegs and hard-to-tell from pictures. If you have any of these games, and want to sell them, let me know. If you know anyone who has them and wants to sell, let them know. They can contact me directly or work through you as a middleman.

      I have PayPal, so legit.

      Email: samuel.ayaz90@gmail.com
or you can contact me on here.

Anyway, does anyone have one or know someone who has one that is willing to sell it? eBay people are literally retarded and love to jack up the price to something it's not even worth.

I've been having this problem for about a month or so ever since Hulu.com had Flash problems. My computer would be working fine and then a Flash video comes up (or sometimes when I'm on any website that has an animated advertisement) and then the entire browser crashes. No biggie, right? I try to close it.

"Firefox- is not responding: Close/Wait". Okay, close.....still waiting for it to close...still waiting....okay, sidestep.

Task Manager > Program > End Process. Simple, am I right? Wait, what's this?! It's....not closing? What is this, I don't even. Okay, now my entire desktop is messing up. So I close explorer.exe and restart it, like a refresh, but better. But...what's this again? Nothing shows up? Nothing responds? My computer stopped being a computer and decided it wanted to emulate a mammoth frozen in ice. Only difference is the mammoth was lucky as died.

I figured it was time for an upgrade anyway so I bought myself Windows 7 (Vista was getting on my nerves more than usual) for 30 bucks with a college student discount/deal thing. Okay, running fine and dandy like wine and candy...until...it happens again.

It can't be a virus (or at least I don't think it should be one) since I haven't visited no more than my usual non-porn sites and I have several different blockers in place to pick up anything trying to get through. When I installed 7 I partitioned my drive and wiped all the old info and started new. I don't get it, no matter what I do my laptop just seems to want to fail on me.

Also, I've tested this out on other browsers, not just Firefox. When I originally had my problem, I had to restart because of freezing from Firefox, IE, Chrome, Opera, Avant, Safari, and a few other open source ones.

      Specs:
      Windows 7 Professional (32-bit, Vista was 64)
      Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 @ 2.26/2.27GHz
      4 GB RAM
nVidia Geforce 9600M GS 1 GB vid card.

This wasn't a custom laptop, just a run-of-the-mill ASUS ones from Best Buy. I hope someone can explain to me the root of my problems. :/

My car beeper is broken (thinks a button is being pressed all the time so no buttons actually work) and it is, unfortunately, the only way to unlock the car without the alarm going off. I checked the owners manual but there isn't anything in there about an alarm kill switch. Anyone know where I might find it? It's gotten to the point where I can't even drive my car anymore otherwise the alarm will just start blaring...and it's a loud ass alarm...and extremely annoying.

You need the dongle on the original models, but the slim has the optical out built into the back, so no dongle is needed, just plug and play.

I know some people that have the X41s and like them, but I don't know of anyone that has the PX5's. Based on a specs level the PX5s are better, but I don't know enough about them to know if it's that much better then the X41s.

Personally I like and prefer Astro Gaming's headsets. www.astrogaming.com/wireless-systems/a40-wireless-systems/a40-wireless-system I think that they get better quality sound, and the 5.8Ghz wireless mixamp means that you don't get as much interference with WiFi networks or disrupt the sound.

The really bad bleeding stopped showing up in the 2003-2005 ish era when the LED tech really matured into what it is today. And I guess to be more exact the bleeding is still there, they just minimized it to a point where it is not a problem anymore. But no, I would not expect that monitor to have a problem. Asus makes some very good tech, and I wouldn't expect them to be behind in how they are making their screens.

    • starcom30273

They have fixed most of the bleeding issues on the types of LED screens they are using now, they have the ability to cluster the pixels and the backlighting to a point now where it all blends exactly like it should. So that is something that you really don't see on many of the modern LED TVs, that mainly a issue on the older ones.

    • starcom30273

The LED backlighting really just maker the picture crisper then what you can get on a CCFL screen because the LEDs are RGB instead of only being white light tubes (very much like a floresent light bulb). So it allows it to be a truer picture instead of being washed out. It also allows the screens to be thinner and a little lighter.

Then I would go with the second one: www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236100&Tpk=N82E16824236100 the difference between the 3ms and 5ms refresh time is neglable and something that very few people will every be able to tell even if they are looking for it. And with the higher contrast you will get sharper pictures.

    • starcom30273

There are also a few other things that come into play, do you have speakers that you will be using with it, (the second one has built in speakers, but I would not count on them being any good) and if so what kind of input do they take? Also, do you have one of the new S model Xboxs, or the original version?

    • starcom30273

Some, take it you are in the market for a new one?

    • starcom30273

Haha, well it has to be a .JPG, and a pretty small one at that (I suggest Paint.NET, it has a pretty good compression system.) If you could do a .GIF or something, then I would have it doing some awesome things!

And the reg edit one is here: www.techrepublic.com/blog/window-on-windows/change-and-customize-windows-7s-logon-screen-wallpaper/2135

    • starcom30273

You can do it on any version of Windows 7 with a reg edit then putting the image in the right place, I can send you a link to a site that walks you through it, or there are a few little apps that can do it for you if you are not comfortable editing you registry. As for my avatar, I just made the image that is the background, it's just a simple gray on black gradient overlay, and I just layered my avatar on top of it.

Ok, go to your Program Files folder and then go to Microsoft Game>Halo 2>maps. Then make a copy of the maps in another folder so that you can put them back later. Then make another copy of the map 00a_introduction. From there make note of all of the map names and start replacing them in the folder with renamed copies of the 00a_introduction. After that just start up the game, start a new game on legendary and just skip through the cutsceen that will just keep restarting, after enough times your bleep bloop will pop up.

I have yet to be dropped out of a party in the three months that we've been testing, but the codec is not actually tied the party chat, it is only the way in which the audio is encoded and then prepped to be sent. The dropping out has more to do with the quality of the person that's hosting the chat, and the people that are connecting to it.

It’s more about the signal strength, the streaming system is borked because of Windows, there are some issues in the way that the Xbox remotes into the computer.

Mine didn’t do it, but I’m pretty sure that the animation is still there, so it could.
