Yes, Family Day is an important holiday that everyone celebrates and ... oh wait a second, I mean it was my Birthday
Just like last year I had my Firefly/Serenity marathon, consumed Chinese food, cake, alcoholic jello (I didn't have enough shot glasses for jello shots) and my new tradition of Irish Carbombs (courtesy of RVBTO)

I am about to discuss the ending, if you haven't watched the season finale yet, why are you reading this?
Go watch it and then come back here.
This year at RVBTO I mentioned that Barbara and Gavin had posted pictures of themselves hanging out with Ed Robertson and asked Burnie if we'd see the return of Captain Flowers possibly in the freelancer flashbacks, maybe as a young Private Flowers.
With the finale, I am proved correct in him returning in the freelancer flashbacks but with a larger significance than I had given him. I'm just wondering if it had been already planned out when I asked him, and he expertly avoided mentioning anything about it, or if I planted the seed of an idea that would grow into the finale. You think I can get a writers credit on the finale?
Skip to 13:48 of the video to get to the question.

Saturday started off early, as usual I joined a group that was waiting in the lobby, however we did not go immediately to the Ram in the Rye for the event. First we all squeezed into the elevator, went into the parking garage, and @Spamman4587 showed us his Ale8 stash, which we all tried it, and it was as delicious as I imagined it. What was funny was the looks we got from the hotel staff when a dozen of us all came out of the elevator in the lobby holding what looked like beer bottles, it was like a clown car. We then proceeded to the Ram to a large line already waiting, but we were near the end which was in the shade so it was fine. After getting in, getting my bundle, and wandering around for a while I went back to the hotel to drop off my bundle and change into my secret disguise, Just Dance Miles. I arrived back just in time for the opening speech, bought my RVBTO hat to complete my outfit, then I went to issue my challenge. I knew that as Just Dance Miles I would have to dance, so I issued a dance off challenge to @Tropes, I would have whiskey shot for shot with him and at the end of the night we would have the dance off to possibly hilarious results. I went and got @Barbara to try to guess who I was dressed up as, and she guessed correctly, she even tweeted a picture of me.
(Photo Selfishly taken from Barbara's Twitter)
I asked my question during the Q&A, met Kathleen and Gavin, drunkenly went into the womens washroom (thanks to @fluffnight for spreading that story) , watched the Mini-stick Tournament, had the Ceremonial Irish Carbomb and then we had the dance off after 10 shots of whiskey and the Irish Carbomb. I don't remember the song but I remember the final score, I lost 100,000 to 139,000 but I did better than I thought I would and had a lot of fun. I had a burger and salad while listening to the music, and of the 3 places I had a burger at that week, I liked the one at the Ram the best. When everyone started leaving I decided to go back to the hotel and not go to the Imperial this time.
Sunday started off where else but the hotel lobby. The group headed to the streetcar meetup, where we held up the streetcar and traffic behind it for several minutes while we all piled on. When we arrived, I joined the group bringing all of the Ale8 down to the park, signed the waver for Capture the Flag, tried the Persian that @raz0rblade brought, and hung out there while it rained. Then Capture the Flag started, I went to the Red team, and patrolled the border for a while. After we whittled down some of their players I took the opportunity to charge their base. It started off okay, I made it past the border and no one was following me, but when I started up the hill I was spotted. I started running back but after 2 quick turns and wipe-outs, he finally caught me after the second recovery. So the rest of the game went by in prison with the rest of my team, however we did capture @LepraSaun the prison warden and demanded release, then the game was called on account of rain. After heading back to the hotel and changing, we headed to Big Slice for some pizza, then headed over to the Ram. Since we were the first ones there, we decided to wait outside where I got a free beer, played a round Cards Against Humanity, then played the Pokemon Drinking Game with @justinnoname again, @rayman551990 @Fonzy19 and @Hunter with his non-alcoholic drink. I won again and all it took me was a beer for most of the board and a headlight fluid that I ended up drinking most of on 1 turn. After that I joined the back corner group playing Cards Against Humanity which had @d20love @hilts39_45 @wild72 , raz0rblade, justinnoname, rayman551990 and two other people.
I lost the second CAH game in a row (my beginners luck failing to the newer beginners) and then I went to the Imperial, living up every moment of the final night. Finally last call hit, and people started slowly drifting out, then closing time was called and everyone else left and I was the last one down the stairs. Then I went back to my hotel never to see anyone ever again.
But that's a lie because the next day (or later that day since it was well past midnight) I waited in the lobby after I checked out and met the usual suspects in the lobby and we headed to the Golden Griddle for the farewell breakfast. After filling up on breakfast and saying our goodbyes, I shared a taxi with @Jteeth to the train station and went home with great memories and new friends.
And due to popular demand, I present to you a selection of drunken notes from my RVBTO notebook.
Top Left: Directions to the Ram in the Rye and my drink tally for Saturday.
Top Middle: I told the bartender not to serve me no matter what, so he wrote a big NO in my notebook.
Top Right: fluffnight wrote in my notebook after I signed her memory book.
Bottom Left: A note to myself for later, also an advertisement from Jteeth.
Bottom Middle: Another note to myself to not drink on Sunday no matter what.
Bottom Right: A list of what I drank on Sunday, Saturday me was drunk so I'm not listening to him.

It's time for me to finally post my RVBTO journal. Wow, it took over two weeks for me to finish writing this, that means it's going to be good right?....right? Some may say it's poorly edited, and that my sentences go on too long. To you I say, it's a journal post, not a best selling novel. To anyone brought here because their name is in it, feel free to skip ahead to see what I said about you. Or don't, I'm not your mother. If I forgot your name or didn't mention you at all, don't take it personally, I have a terrible memory and only remembered 5 people's names, all of the rest were found through hours of investigation, which is why this is being finished two weeks after the event.
Since RVBTO was the first Community Event I'd ever been to, I didn't know what to expect. My biggest fear was that I would end up hanging out by myself in a dark corner for the entire event and leave it no different than I had coming in. Luckily my fears were unfounded and I had the best time ever. The first day I got there (Wednesday) I didn't do very much, just explored the hotel and a couple blocks around the hotel. But I did get some Shawarma for dinner because I've wanted to try it since I watched a certain movie that I can't remember the title of. I'm sure nobody reading this will have heard of the movie but the food was delicious.
Thursday is when stuff really started happening. I was hanging out in the hotel lobby, probably looking lost and confused, when a gang of roving hooligans strolled by, except it wasn't hooligans it was a group here for RVBTO. I might have just hidden and let them walk by, but @Warpek noticed me and commented on my "Ask Me About My Zombie Plan" shirt and with that IceEagle joined the party. Among the first group that I hung out with was @Jteeth @Althenias @Panacamanana and @Tropes .
(Not Pictured: Jteeth, whos photo I've just stolen)
As we hung out in the hotel lobby more and more people joined until we finally decided to head out, and where were we going you may ask? Why to the mall of course, led by none other than @rupertjeff. After exploring the mall for a while the group split up and @chris9801 showed us to a food court in the PATH, then after eating we went to meet up with everyone else to see The Dark Knight Rises. Spoilers: Superman Kills Batman at the beginning of the movie. Fast forward to the Pogue Mahone where I sat with @SailorTweek as she regaled the table with stories of previous conventions and events. After people started dispersing from the Pogue Mahone I followed a group to the Imperial, which is where we were told everyone else was going. Once we got there we played Texas Hold-Em, I had my first beer of the week, and I was invited (or maybe I invited myself, let them decide) by @Trent @Katerater and @justinnoname to play a new game I'd never heard of before called Cards Against Humanity. We went to the hotel and I met @craZboy87 who set up the game and told us the rules/instructions which I proceded to win with my beginners luck powers. Final score 26 points for me, 14 points for justinnoname, lower scores everyone else, I think I might be a terrible person. After that I proceded back to my own hotel and got to bed at around 4am.
Friday I missed out on the trip to the CN Tower so I did some exploring around the city on my own until about 5, when I returned to the hotel to change into my "Formal wear" and meet up with everyone in the lobby. Tropes and I took the long walk to the Madison Ave Pub because it seemed like a good idea at the time and we beat most of the people there, arriving just before they finished setting up downstairs. I listened to everyone that preformed at the open mic and sang along with what songs I could (I didn't know the words to Ducktales in Hindi and there's no way I was going to attempt to keep up with Trevor singing "On Your Knees") After everyone started leaving I followed yet another group to the Imperial, except we took the subway there, I wasn't crazy enough to attempt the walk back. This time I hung out with @xXpretzelXx @EVApilot_011 @firewolfnin Tropes and Mystery Girl, had a burger and a beer and got back to the hotel at 2am.
