      Hey guys!

Awesome to have something like this on RT to encourage each other to a healthier lifestyle! Ill be here frequently to give as much advice as possible, and learn a bit myself.

So, the purpose of this thread is to talk about the type of body you want, and the different activites you must do to achieve that body. To give you the gist of what im talking about, take two athletes: an olympic sprinter, and an olympic marathon runner. There is no question that both of them run, but the application of that bipedal motion is VERY different, even though the action Is essentially 'the same'. This applies to working out. One set workout isnt for everyone, and everyone has different goals. There is different between an athletic build and a bodybuilder stature. Its all how you apply your workout to your goal.

If you need to lose weight, your workout will be cardio focused. If you want to gain muscle, your workout will revolve around weight training. Etc etc, but it is important to know that you should NOT neglect one for the other. To achieve your peak fitness, you will need to tackle every aspect of activity.

Also remember that diet and nutrition is a MAJOR part of finding that goal. Remember that sometimes dieting doesn't always mean eating less or more. Instead, it means eating right, and appropriately. Six meals a day, every few hours, etc etc.

Im plotting all of this out on my phone right now so this is halfway difficult, but I will be more than happy to post more when I get home. (I realize I may or may not have been concise with my info).

Ask me anything! I will answer to the best of my ability.

    • New Year!

Well, 2013 has come around, and i have no idea what's going to come, but i'll sure as hell be ready. Last year was definitely an interesting one for me... in all honesty the first chunk of it was complete crap, i wasn't really doing too much, and i got stuck in this perpetual cycle of being stuck in one place, with no real interaction with anything else. I moved back home to Austin in June, and everything's turned around for the better. I've re-connected with old friends, and made a whole slew of new ones, especially thanks to doing a project like RT's "The Gauntlet". So the end of 2012 was a good turning point for me, despite still having some things that haven't been taken care of. I spent the first part of 2013 meeting up with the guys from @RvB:TX, and met up with some good people again, and met a few new ones. I hope to continue this trend and expand myself in the community like i should have done so long ago. I will see everyone at RTX, and that is a definite (after all after something like the gauntlet, i feel like i'm obligated to have some sort of voice here haha.) Other than all of that, i'm excited to move into a new place, get back to working on my solo progressive melodic metal project "Aphorisms", and work towards a better me.

Cheers to 2013, and the future in general! Cheers to all the friends i've always had, the ones i've met recently and the ones i will meet in due time. Feel free to shoot me a message about anything, i always love to talk to new people!

Hey guys! Hope everyone's having a good holiday (whatever you celebrate haha). I decided to mess around with a few things and end up coming up with something 'christmas-style'.. which actually turned out to be unintentional.

Either way, i wrote a metal breakdown, nothing complex, but check it out.

Considering making a new comic, something different, a way to put my thoughts down as they come to me...

Autobiographical webcomic, of events of the past, future, or just things i think are amusing/sad/interesting. Nothing filtered.

      Good idea?

DUDE I SAW YOU IN THE SPONSOR CHAT LIKE 5 TIMES AND HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE THE GUY FROM THE SHOW.
Was really worried for you in the halo and sad you didn't take the victory at tetris.

HAHAHA, people caught on like maybe a day ago that it was me. Dude i was worried shitless at Halo too, but i think we all were. Tension was high as BALLS, and the pressure of 10k is insane! But either way, i definitely enjoyed my time on the gauntlet, win or loose. Thanks though!
