Way to run up the score. Take a knee with less than 2 minutes left and the score 31-21..
Way to stay classy..
Here's configuration as it stands:
AT&T 3800HGV-B Gateway (TV, Phone, Internet) -> Two Switches
One switch has some other PC's (we'll ignore that)
The other switch is in my "Nerd Room"
It goes to a 5 port gigabit switch. This switch has my PC, Xbox, and whatever else I need. It also has a WRT54G running DD-WRT on it.
I've got this router configured as follows:
Static WAN IP: 192.168.1.40
Static LAN IP: 192.168.2.1 (Router mode).
This allows me to talk to the router from my PC with 192.168.1.40:8080 (since it sees my network as the "Internet")
What I'm trying to do at my house is put in a second network (192.168.2.1) so that I can be my "Lab" environment. If anyone could assist or anything, I'd much appreciate it.
I think I've got the static routes and all that stuff messed up. I'll work with you..
Motherboard: Gigabyte EX58-UD3R (replaced by newegg)
Processor: i7 940 (Intel replaced i7 920)
Video Card: Sapphire 3850 (PCIx16 - tested OK)
Power Supply: Antec 550 (Tested OK)
Memory: 1 GB Crucial DDR3 (waiting on replacement from OCZ).
Hard Drives: 4x1TB in RAID 5 (by Motherboard)
Hard Drives in Athena Power 3141 hot swap enclosure.
I have successfully loaded the system with XP when I have 2 Volumes (1x250GB, 1x2.5TB) but the system does not see the 2.5TB in XP.
I have not successfully loaded Vista at all.
I tried to install to 1 single 3TB drive with XP with the floppy driver install and nLite and it says "Setup Cannot Read Disk" or something like that.

I haven't written a journal in a long while.
Basically my life is..
I work at Smurfit-Stone Container (NASDAQ: SSCC) with a stock price of $.04 down almost 99% from last year at over $9 a share.
I'm a WINTEL System Administrator and currently working my tail off to keep my job. People not buying stuff hurts my company because then no one needs paper and boxes.
I've got a wonderful girlfriend of almost 2 years (Feb 21).
I enjoy hockey (Go Blues!) and I've tried to keep up, but I'm more worried about staying in my job so I concentrate on that for the time being.
If you have any questions, please do let me know and I'll get to know you.
Here's my specs:
Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R (x2 - 1 RMA'ed)
Intel i7 920
OCZ Fatal1ty Edition – OCZ3F13334GK (2x2GB)
Sapphire HD3850 512MB
System does not post/boot with just CPU/MOBO/PSU in. PSU tested with Multimeter and outputs 12V to some rails. Not sure how to test the rest.

So...I haven't talked to you guys in a long while. I checked up on the forum and wrote a little bit in some of the threads. Hopefully you remember who I am. I still work at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. I am still living at home in my parents house. I'm 22, cut me some slack. I'm not paying for rent.
I started in June as a Contractor at the Support Center (Help Desk) of Smurfit-Stone. I am leaving this position on November 30th. I am staying at Smurfit-Stone, but moving into a full time position starting December 3rd. I will be moving to the Wintel Tech Support group. I will be supporting the network printers and the ~800 Windows servers in the corporation. It's pretty exciting and a pretty nice pay raise. I'll be looking forward to being able to specialize in a specific area, instead of knowing every part of the company.
Yes, I'm working at home. I finished my Christmas shopping though. I got my sister a $75 giftcard to Archivers (Scrapbooking store). I bought my mom a large self-healing cutting mat for her craft room. I purchased a table saw for my dad from Sears Hardware. I'm still with Lauren for like 8 months I wanna say? I don't know, its a long time..haha
My St. Louis Blues are doing pretty darn well. I'm pretty excited. Hockey has gotten fun again. The Blues were poopers for the past few years. How about the Mizzou Tigers? I'm not a big fan, but its still exciting to see them (hopefully) play for the National Championship (as long as BlowU loses). It'll be a good game this weekend for sure.
Keep in touch, feel free to send me messages and comments. I sign on every day, just I may not post.
Oh, and Squirrel, sorry I decided to stop sponsoring. I wasn't getting enough use out of the site and I could put that $5 to a savings for a house payment.

Short journal coming. I'm sorry I've been absent. It's hard to juggle real life with internet life. I'm trying my best, but as Lauren is leaving for school in a couple weeks, I've been trying to spend as much time as possible with her.
In other news, I've been playing DVD case maker man. Its fun. I also set up a home theatre system in my room. We re-did the family room home entertainment theatre and got a Logitech 550 remote. If anyone is selling one (for like cheaper) then let me know. I may be interested.
In other news again, the Cardinals suck. Yeah, I'll admit it. We suck.
Oh yes, does anyone have a motherboard they don't need with RAID onboard? That'd be great. Thanks
I hope everyone is doing splendidly!
