Various devices that use rotating magnetic fields

The Induction motor, rotary transformers, and "high" frequency alternators

The Tesla coil, his magnifying transmitter, and other means for increasing the intensity of electrical oscillations (including condenser discharge transformations and the Tesla oscillators)

Alternating current long-distance electrical transmission system[35] (1888) and other methods and devices for power transmission

Systems for wireless communication (prior art for the invention of radio) and radio frequency oscillators[36]
Robotics and the "AND" logic gate

      Electrotherapy Tesla currents

Wireless transfer of electricity and the Tesla effect

      Yep,

I'm there. Top 100 of the last seven days, because of all my friends, all the cool people in the Quote of the Day Thread and my lucky arrangement of letters, in the #10 post of Red vs Blue: Recreation Chapter 1 comments, that generated a very generous amount of +mods.

Remember this awesome game and its addictive multiplayer.

These new button emotes got me thinking about a trick that Rainbow Six vets would pull on noobs in the multiplayer lobby before a game.

We would say to a noob, "do you want the best, secret gun in the game? If so, press smiley15.gifsmiley29.gifsmiley14.gif real quick and you will get it. Remember, the faster you do it, the easier it is to get the gun."

smiley15.gif - brings up the "leave game" option.
smiley29.gif - takes the option off of "NO" and highlights "YES" instead.
smiley14.gif - confirms the command to quit game.

Kind of sad if some group out there really is holding back a cure for cancer. But hey, cancer is a natural population control method, and we would be completely fucked if someone cured it.

Yeah it's just something I've said for years to remind me not to go on a murderous rampage through the buildings

Sometimes i think it would be easier to deal with ACTUALLY mentally disabled people instead.

I love what I do but believe me when it comes to IT the dumbest people sometimes are the PhD and Masters toting Engineers. Who think because they took a class on excel in college they know everything about computers

I am not too into him. To be honest, I just read articles here and there, almost never by him, usually by a guy named Kurt Nimmo, who is pretty reliable from what I have researched.

I just read and do my own research. I really havent even seen his documentaries, except for Endgame, but that was it. I do respect the man for his assertiveness and uncanny skill of approaching journalism.

    • MeanStreak

well, im going in college and working.

what I mean by, too good of an asset, is that I do the job of three people basically, and Im getting paid like one person. which is bullshit. I don't intend on changing jobs for a while, because of the current economic situation, so I'm just sticking here, building credentials and references, and getting paid, which is actually a shit load more than my last job, but still isn't worth the amount of tedious tasks I have to do around the office without any help. I am a paramedical examiner, also do courier work, and administrative duties. I am about to get a raise though, because I said so, lol.

Ah ok ^ . ^ nice~ although a lot of people say work is stressful, I'd rather have a job then go to school right now T . T

Haha, too good of an asset, eh~? :P

I'm...alright thanks :D Um...nothin' very much happens in my life, so you'll probably find I say the same things if "How are you?" or... "Whats up?" is asked :P

    • MeanStreak

I'm doing fine. I'm actually at work right now, so I am kinda stressed. Cannot wait until 5pm so I can go home, chill out and have a beer. Fridays are usually slow and boring here, but today is the pay period cut-off, so it is extra hectic. Watch me have some nice wrinkles in the future, lol.

*I have to be sneaky here at work when surfing the net, my boss doesn't like it. Says, "I could be more productive." lol. screw him. IDC. Its not like he will fire me. He cant afford to. lol. Im too good of an asset. *

So....How are you, whats going on in your neck of the woods?
