So do you still hate the gays?

    • Demon505

That's true of both sides. When FBI Mirandised terror suspects under Obama repubs threw a hissy fit despite the fact that Bush did the same thing. Repubs also complained that Obamacare would defund Medicare and Medicaid, which it doesn't, but now they want to cut the federal budget by defunding Medicare and Medicaid.

No, I just think Biden is slightly less of an evil douche than Chaney. But really I don't like Dems or Repubs. Both are run by idiots that put evil bastards in office that fuck up the whole system. The only reason I hate Dems slightly less is because they do have some good idea, even if they rarely get them through.

My comment about Biden was mostly in jest, I would still take him over Chaney though.

Bush wasn't right, but I don't want to impeach Obama, because Biden would take over.

I think I see where you are going with this. The constitution only guarantees that the government cannot suppress people rights. Other people reacting to what you say or do has nothing with the government. The only way that they can "suppress" you is by reacting in a way that makes you want to stop what you are doing. But as long as their reaction is lawful the government can't do anything about it. Take Dr. Laura for example, she said racist things and quit after people reacted. She later claim that she quit radio to regain her first amendment rights. She claimed that people having bad reactions to what she says and cause her to lose sponsors stepped on her first amendment rights, but they don't. She has much of a right to say racist things as the NAACP has to call for a boycott on her show so she won't say those things. So in answer to your question I'd say yes.......... and no.

Yes if their reaction is illegal, no if the action is lawful.

Now that I answered your question can you please answer mine?

    • Demon505

Then I can't really answer your question because I really don't know what you are asking, but I'll try any way. If any group is committing criminal acts against its members then it should have to face the legal consequences of those acts.

Now that I have answered you question would you please answer mine?

    • Demon505

Could you please elaborate? I don't really know what you are asking.

Would you agree that Muslims have a right to build a mosque where they want?

      Because I like to boast.

    • Demon505

I knew that was going to happen. But we'll see how it all ends. Don't be surprised if one day you see gay marriage all through the country.

    • Demon505

Then, what was Prop 8? Prop 8 forces gays not to marry because a bunch of straight people couldn't handle seeing gay people have fun. This court case isn't about forcing anything on anyone. Yes they will be able to do things you don't want them to do, but it's their life, not yours, so get over it.

    • Demon505

      Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ooooooooooooooookkkkkkkkkk? LOL.

No, that's not it at all. It's about letting people do with their private lives what they want.

    • Demon505

      Then what's it about?

    • Demon505

He's not legislating from the bench. Judge Walker used the 14th amendment to back up his decision. But that wasn't the point of my comment. You were complaining that the Judges don't care about what the will of the people is, which is ridiculous because it's not their job to care.

    • Demon505

It is inconceivable that in a free society one man can disregard the votes of several million people.

Guess what? Judges aren't elected officials, therefor they don't represent us. They don't care what the people think because they aren't supposed to, it isn't their job. Their job is to interpret the constitution. You can always disagree with how they interpret the constitution, but to complain that they aren't representing the people shows that don't understand how they work.

What I think you are refering to is when you claimed that the organiztions that have stated that Homosexuality is natural and not a choice were lying. I asked you to prived evidence for this. The reason why asked is to prove a point. You see, I already knew that you have no evidence, I was trying to show you that if you want to make a claim you better be able to back it up otherwise it is worthless. The way you back up your claim in this case is by showing me a study that is soome way disproves my statments.

    • Demon505

LOL, wow there you go again with those conspiracy theories. I'm sure you understand that illegals cannot vote. They still couldn't vote even if there were given amnesty. And they really aren't that liberal in the first place. Many Mexicans are pro-life, in fact abortion is illegal in almost all of Mexico. Homosexuality is also frowned upon by many Mexicans. If fact Same sex marriage is legal in more places in the US that in Mexico. They also don't really care about minimum wages or safety regulations in the work place, which were things liberals fought for. I can only name two things Mexicans are liberal about. 1) There are against the death penalty and 2) they have a national healthcare system. Outside of that I really can't think on anything that makes them true liberals like me. And even if they were liberal like me so what? You're basically saying that Mexicans need to keep out of American because of there political views. Last time I checked people were allowed to be liberal if they wanted and that was't a factor of whether they could be in this country or not. The reasons Mexicans what to be in this country is to have a chance at a better life. My Grandparents came to this country for the same reason. Why can't they?
