So as a few people know I recently made the jump from not completing my A Levels, then moving to college to complete a course in Health and Social Care. I fucking suck with change, so for me this was horrible. During this time I realised how crappy my diet had become and because of this how crappy my health was, notably by the fact I went to a gig 3 nights in a row, got a cough and here I am still with it 5 weeks later.
At the beginning of September I also started diving at the London Aquatic Centre and this really pushed me to get my shit in order.
Then to sort my shit out, I have stopped drinking basically everything, I now only drink Black coffee, water and fruit infused water. I have also stopped drinking milk and now only have milk replacements.
Then I have also started doing a 7 minute work out to improve my fitness levels. The only thing I need to sort out is what I am eating because that is still shit.
Hopefully in all this will improve my health and therefore improve my mood.
