    • CoD2 on Veteran

School starts back tomorrow which sucks a load. Spring break went by way to fast, but I had some good rest and was able to hang out with my friends some which was good.

Ok so yesterday I was pumped about CoD2. I wanted to beat it. The "D-day" mission on Veteran had stumped me for so long and I thought that yesterday was my time and was going to dominate it. Haha, yeah I know it sounds ridiculous but hey I got it done. So I beat the "D-day" mission and won the "Battle of Caen" and then started on "Hill 400" late last night. This afternoon after lunch I said to myself that I'm going to finish it today no matter what. At first I was getting really frustrated with it because it seemed like the Germans were being being re-spawned every other second. I'd kill one and then two would come up behind me from the hill. Finally I finished it and then I went on the work on the "Crossing the Rhine" mission. It took me a while with that too but I didn't quit and then I got some breaks and I ended up beating it. So now I went from having like 1560 Gamerscore points to 2475 Gamerscore points in about a week. Anyways I'm heading to a concert right now so I'll talk to you guys later.

I'm terribly sorry everyone for the lack of updates lately. I just got back from a three day stay in Orlando. Mainly I just went down there to get out of town. Although I did make a stop at the Apple store in the Millenia Mall which is so dang tight. I love that place. I can't wait until I see what Apple comes out with in the next coming months. Today I got a suprise lunch though where I got some unexpected gifts. I got PGR3, loads of cash, and a couple gift cards. This next week is my spring break which should be pretty sweet.

Only one more day until my 16th b-day. I'm getting pumped about it but it sucks cause I have to wait until the 3rd of June to get my license. Oh well, its my fault for waiting and now I have to deal with the consequences of doing so. Friday starts sping break so I'm getting pumped about that too. I'm ready to get off from school for a week, but I have a ton of school work to do before I'm off. I'm hoping I can stay focused and finish it out.

    • AWARD!!!!!!!!

So I finally get the time to update you guys on whats going on in my life now. First off I would like to say that I received an award from Burnie on Friday. That made my day pretty sweet. So far my tennis team is 4-0 in team matches. I myself have yet to lose this year as well. I've only dropped 2 games all year. (For those of you who don't know tennis lingo, that's pretty good considering who I play)

Earlier this week, my school had the remainder of its achievement testing on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The test that we take is called the FCAT which is rated as one of the hardest achievement tests in the country. No, I'm not bragging about it just saying that it's supposed to be hard. There isn't a high pass rate at all. Overall I would say that its about an average test. Not too hard and not necessarily easy though either. I thought that some of the questions were ridiculous about being either way to easy or way to difficult. I'm sure I passed though so it's all good.

I just got back from a retreat at a beach about 2 hours away from where I live. It was overall pretty good. I got to hang out with some good friends (especially Rachel hehe) and play a ton of basketball. The weather kind of sucked for being at the beach though because it was usually in the high 50's to low 60's for the day and even got down to 40 last night (the wind did not help at all). Thankfully I have tomorrow off so I can get some Halo and Call of Duty in.

Oh yeah, we played our first tennis match on Thursday and everyone won their match. I'm the #3 guy on the team and we're expected to challenge for the state title. It's very possible that we go undefeated because our team is insanely deep.

    • Super Bowl Party

I really think I'm coming down with something. Tonight at my Youth Group's Super Bowl Party, I was being an idiot and wore a short sleeve shirt and flip-flops, while its 50 degrees outside. Most of the time we were playing basketball, football, or just messing around outside. I can't believe I'm such an idiot to go out there and do that. And on top of that, the Seahawks lose. How could my night get any worse? Wait I really don't want to ask that question cause it can get a LOT worse.

Anyways I found out the other day from my dad that I get around two grand to spend on my birthday cause my sister had a NY trip on her b-day. We live in Florida if thats any type of hint to the cost. I'm thinking about either going for a PowerMac or well whatever the most updated and powerful Mac desktop is at that time or going for a new camera. Not a still camera, I already have an Olympus C-8080 ($800), but a video camera. I'd rather go for a film camera but film stock isn't cheap so that wouldn't be the best investment. I don't know what I'm going to do right now. I'm just going to see how things play out.

Thankfully those projects are now done. Well they have been for about a week and a half now but now's when I decided to update. I did an awesome job, if I do say so myself, on the Chemistry project. I was the only person in my teacher's classes to get a 100% on it. Now for my Geometry project, I have no dang clue. She never grades anything until the end of the 9 weeks it always seems like. That's all I have for you guys today. Catch ya later.

    • Christmas and New Years

Christmas was pretty awesome this year. I got an XBOX 360 and a couple of games and accessories for it and I got a new mouse and keyboard for my comp cause I had some early generation wireless ones before and they were pieces of junk. The battery life of new AA batteries in the mouse was about a week!!!!!! The keyboard was alright in battery life but sometimes it would lag. I also got Batman Begins and Fantastic 4 on DVD. I've seen Batman a total of 4 times all in the theaters but I have yet to watch it at home. I had never seen Fantastic 4 before the last week and it was an alright movie. New Years was a lot fun of fun as well. I went over to my aunt and uncle's house where a ton of my family was and we had a buttload of food and loads of fireworks. It was overall a pretty good night. Then of course last night, Texas wins the national championship!!!!! HOOK 'EM HORNS!!!!!!!!!!! Vince is da man!!!!!

It may all sound good but school sucks right now. I have 3 projects due by the 17th and I have to study for Spanish, finish Geometry hw, and write a story for Chemistry. I hope it will all straighten out soon though.

    • Vacation

I just got back from a 5-day or so vacation to the Smoky Mountains. For us Floridians it was pretty cold. It got down to about the teens every night and I was sick for the first three days of the trip which sucked but what can you do. So for those days I just pretty much stayed in the hotel and rested as much as I could. Overall it was a pretty good time. It's nice to leave town and have no worries and just relax. Only two more days until Christmas when I get my 360!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!! Although I did just find out yesterday that my father won't let me get a nicer TV for Christmas (the one I have now is over 15 years old). He would rather me wait until the summer so I can save up some money and get a lot nicer one than I was going to get. So I guess we'll see how it all turns out.

Well I got a 360 today. I haven't been able to play it yet because of a long story of where my dad thinks it was for Christmas. I payed for about $250 of it and my grandpa covered the rest. Also my grandpa went to the store and picked it up for me today too so this for some reason makes my dad think it was for Christmas. Hopefully my grandpa and I can explain all of it to my dad here soon because I mean I want to play it now. I got Call of Duty 2 and Need for Speed Most Wanted for it along with a Wireless controller, but Call of Duty and the controller have to for sure wait till Christmas but whatever. I don't care about that all that much, I just want to play. Anyways I'm glad the semester is almost up. It's been an ok half-year nothing to special. I'll catch you guys later. Peace
