      Hello there. :3

My Gaelic is quite.. Lacking. (Either Irish or Scottish) How is your name pronounced? I'm still learning certain pronunciations.

        Thank you.
Don't know when I'll get the free time since I'm about to start working regularly, on the heels of a big move. I had to stop the Gaelic I'd started learning because of it. XD

I've heard that they are both similar and vastly different.

From what I've seen, it's like the similarities between Spanish and Italian. Most words are so similar, you can guess at one if you know the other. But due to slight differences in culture and geography, there are some words and phrases that don't translate.

I really only know his to say 'how are you', 'good morning', 'goodnight', and a few random words in Gaelic. XD

There are a lot of similarities, I've been going to all Irish school. I'm currently in the my last year of school before college and I do every subject through Irish so I'm fluent in the language. I've been told that if you speak Irish to a Scotsman who can speak Scots galic we can understand eachother because the languages re so similar:)

        Cool. :3
I didn't know the Irish word for it. I haven't been around much Irish since I was a kid, but I live with a scholar of Scottish history. So I more recently just know Scottish versions. XD
