After 9 months of inactivity on RT (I miss sponsor chat), I'm diving back in to join Buff Buddies.
I'm not a light individual, but I don't think I ever will be with my build. That being said, I used to feel pretty good about the shape I was in, I was working out regularly, playing sport and wore size 34 Jeans.
Fast forward almost 2 years, I'm relatively inactive outside of work, I'm up to a size 36 and my gut is starting to get out of control. Biggest problem, I eat like shit. Fast Food, frozen shit you just throw in the oven, and when I moved in with my current room mate, I discovered he had a deep fryer. Let me just say, deep fried Oreo are a delicious way to pack on the pounds. I've got a lot of mates who are very active, and I think it's high time I stop being the lazy one of the group.
So I'm in, 16 weeks of eating right and working out. I've got some simple goals, but let's see if I can pull my finger out and get this done.
Weight: 101.4 kg (223.55 pounds)
Lose 10kg (22 pounds)
Squat Body Weight (ideally, 90kg)
Run a half marathon (inb4 cardio kills them gains)
So, there it is. I'll be adding pictures and posting this on Facebook and Twitter, so I hope I can get some support, encouragement and help from friends that see this.
