      Buff Buddies, Buddies getting buff.

Hey guys. Just watched the buff buddies video and was talking to some people about it and decided I'd join in on the action. "Yippee" as Darth Vader would say. This will be my first post in my detailing of my quest for buffness, so I figured I'd just post some things and chat. I'm sure not too many people will give it a look but if you stick with it you might get to see me shirtless (sorry).

With that said, I will say that I have been working out pretty regularly before this. I used to wrestle, and have been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since my whee years so I like to stay fit.

That being said I'm not so big, muscle bound fool. I'm not stick figure thin, but not super big, so I'm looking to put on a few pounds in muscle. I'm looking to start competing in BJJ again once my school schedule clear up a some, so that's another thing I want to get in shape for.

Oh, and I play quidditch, so here is a pic of that.

To start off buff buddies I decided to do a workout! At midnight! Nothing major. Just a nice, easy, full body workout with some boxing and jogging for cardio. Always helpful in getting to sleep too.

Shout out to working out with a Red vs Blue hat. Gotta love it.

Another shout out to the sweet setup in my parent's basement that I used since I'm home for the weekend. Finally I have the picture to end all pictures. It's a workout journal, and the first at that, so here's the before picture to buff buddies. Sorry. Hoping to get nice and ripped by the time I'm done but for now I'm just sorta small.

Well that's about it for the first buff buddies post. Looking forward to more. If any of you are going for it I'd love to chat so send me a DM. Until next time.

      Hey all!

Been getting used to college life so I haven't been on the site too much. Just read Barbara's newest journal about the community and after writing up my thoughts in the comments I thought I'd really like to get into the community side of RT more. How so, not really sure, a lot of the forums and the like seem kinda deadish but I'm working on it. Looking into groups on here, that kinda stuff, hoping to revitalize it. Been a member on the site for 2 and some change years and I haven't been as involved as I'd like.

So hit me up if you ever want to talk, or if you have anything going on really.

Guess who locked their phone and keys in their dorm room. Spoiler alert, it was me. Been 2 hours, just got word that my roommate is on his way back. I'm so dumb.

Got internet on my phone and laptop, so that's all good, but for the past two days since I've moved in my wired connection has been dead. First two guys to show up said the ethernet port was fine. Now they're saying that's the problem. Gah

... not very tired, move into my dorm tomorrow, sponsorship is acting weird and not letting me watch videos, guess I'll post a journal. Really just want to watch the patch. It helps me sleep.

Doesn't feel as weird as I thought it would to be moving out. I'm excited though.

It's funny, all through high school I had a good amount of friends that I would hang out with or talk to. Now as I get ready to start college I have only one friend from school, my best friend for the past 6 or 7 years, that I even talk to. Not too sad about it. It is what it is. I'm not saying I'm alone, I just have other people I talk to I guess.

Still, it is strange not having a lot of people around who're in the same boat as me. Other than my aforementioned (I really like that word) friend everyone else I talk too are at completely different points in their lives. The guys I know from BJJ are mostly older, already past where I am now. My xbox friends are states away. It feels kind of odd, since all throughout high school, and even before, most of the people in my life were in the exact same place as me, going to school and growing up. Now everyone is different.

Maybe I'm being too contemplative. Not much else to do when its 1:43 in the morning and I can't fall asleep to the sounds of an informative video game podcast.

New sites fun. Not perfect but I'm sure the little issues will be weeded out.

Anyway things have been good. Summer breaks been nice. Went to NYC, did a bunch of other stuff, all fun.

Reading a book a week hasn't gone great, haha way behind but I have started reading again so there is that.

Had freshmen orientation at OSU a week ago, so now my class schedule is all made up and I'm set til August. Kinda dreading it. We'll see.

If anyone has any book suggestions hit me up.
