I have been overweight for most/all my life and with the new buff buddies vids being released right after i've graduated, and RTXAU happening in a few months i thought there's no better time to get into an exercise routine!
I'm currently 5"9' and have weighed about 257lbs for the past two years. I've set myself some easy stuff to work up to doing harder exercises but right now i'm basically starting from the bottom of the barrel. My aim is mainly to lose weight and tone my legs/butt and my "abs".
I aim to do 100 squats, 100 lunges, 100 bicycle crunches, and ride 50kms per week. This will gradually increase as the weeks pass. I may start adding different things after I've gotten into a routine.
