      Fell off the path, Financial troubles have dragged me down, since I can't even afford Groceries right now I've had to dip down to one meal a day. Hopefully my loan to get rid of my credit card debt will go through and I can start actually tackling this hole I dug for myself. Meanwhile Tomorrow I hope to get back on track with the workout routines.

    • Day 21 - MAD

      So today I'm mad, I worked out mad, I threw in new moves because I was mad, Mad at what I allowed myself to become. I want to workout to feel better about myself, to flatten my stomach, pump up my arms and back and lose the moobs I've had all my life. I'm sick and tired of just being another chubby guy. I want to be a guy that girls stare at, that girls want to walk up to them and talk to them.


      Able to do:

      Push-ups (planked) 2 sets of 10 reps

      Sit-ups 2 sets of 10 reps

      Squats 2 sets of 25 reps

      Lunges 2 sets of 10 reps.


      Wishlist to add.

      Kettle bell excercises for some more stress on my biceps.

      Buy running shoes and start jogging to my bus stop 30 minutes away in the morning. Start by jogging until I can't anymore, and continue until I can do the entire 3km.

      Able to Do:

      Push ups: 2 sets of 10 reps

      Crunches 2 sets of 25 reps

      Squats 2 sets of 30 reps


      Still feeling sick but its the tag end, I'm happy to get the kneeling push-ups off the list and stick with full planks.

      rested up, Today I did push myself a bit but couldn't meet my full workout


      Able to do:

      25 push-ups Full Plank

      60 crunches: 2 sets of 30 reps

      50Squats: 2 Sets of 25 reps

      Able to do:

      15 push-ups Full Plank

      15 Push-ups Kneeling

      60 crunches: 6 sets of 10 reps

      75 Squats: 3 Sets of 25 reps


      So decided to go deeper into the break-down of my workout so far. I don't just power through the bigger numbers I do break them up into Sets with 10 second breaks between. I'm hoping that I can bump by Push-ups to 2 sets of 10 reps.


      I'm also hoping that some financial stuff gets solved this week so I can invest in some kettlebells and some weighted clothing (ankle/wrist) just so that I can add a bit more strain and my 10 hours shifts on my feet can help out a bit more in my daily goals. I also feel on pace to hit my Month goal so with any luck and lots of work I'll be where I want to be at 30 days.

      Still sick, and out of food so I'm waiting to go shopping on Friday so I'm not eating junk. Hope to be back on track Tomorrow.

      Nothing getting done tonight, my body is fighting off something and my head is pounding and I can barely stand because I'm so weak. So night off and hopefully I can get back into it tomorrow.

      Able to do:

      15 push-ups Full Plank

      15 Push-ups Kneeling

      60 crunches

      60 Squats

      Starting to feel the burn, my arms are shaky after each set but at the same time I can see the smallest hint of definition forming, much different then the usual flab I'm use to when flexing my arms. hoping to find something secure enough to do lunges with to further the pull on my arms and pecs. I have a chin-up bar installed in my room and I hope to be able to pull myself up at least once before this is all over.

      I was able to sleep through the night last night
      I think it was temper change or stress
      I have alot more to talk to you about but ill wait to you sleepover tonight with my bus pass and other items. smiley12.gif
