Ronnie James Dio has been playing with many bands such as, Elf, Rainbow, Singer for Black Sabbath after Ozzy, And his own band Dio.

Dio is a heavy metal band led by vocalist Ronnie James Dio, who formed it in October 1983 after leaving Black Sabbath. In an interview, available on the special edition re-release of Holy Diver, Dio states that he never intended to begin a solo career. His intention was to just form a new band, with fellow former Black Sabbath member drummer Vinny Appice, but Dio just became the band's name by accident, for he was well known, and it just sounded good to name the band Dio at the time. Dio's logo, when inverted, spells out the word "Devil", although this is disputed and Ronnie James Dio insists that he does not see it and never intended to do this. In addition to Ronnie on vocals and Keyboards originally, and Vinny Appice on Drums, the band featured Vivian Campbell who played guitar, and Jimmy Bain, bass.

Ozzy Osbourne is "getting ready to tour next April" in support of his new solo album, Ozzy's wife/manager Sharon Osbourne revealed during an appearance on the "Dr. Phil" show on Thursday, December 14. "Three years this Christmas, [he's] clean and sober," she added.

Osbourne was previously said to be working on two brand new studio CDs. The first album is tentatively set for release in February 2007. Most of the music was recorded before Ozzfest in May with Mike Bordin (drums), Rob "Blasko" Nicholson (bass) and Zakk Wylde (guitar). Wylde recently announced that he had to cancel three tour dates in October with his band Black Label Society to finish up obligations in the studio in connection with the new album. The second effort will be the soundtrack to Ozzy's musical about controversial Russian politician Grigory Rasputin. The album will be released first, and then the play will debut on Broadway or as a touring show according to Osbourne.

In a recent interview, Ozzy said, "We wrote a song called 'Rasputin' (for the 1995 'Ozzmosis' album), but then it never got used, you know, and then every now and again I'd try to find this tape of songs. We wrote a bunch of songs, and I put this tape on and thought, 'You know what? That would be a great musical.' It kind of grew on its own. It's the traditional 'Fiddler on the Roof'-type of music, plus the kind of Beatles-y kind of influence. There's this wonderful song that goes, 'How dark it is before the dawn, the day begins, a child is born.' It's beautiful. I'm really happy about it. I hope the rest of the world is. I spent 10 years of my fâ€'king life in this thing."

Ovation Guitars is pleased to introduce the Limited Edition Elite T Bass,
      designed by Nikki Sixx.

Nikki Sixx, a legend among bassists and one of founding members of Mötley
Crüe-one of the most influential rock bands in history, has been playing a
variety of Ovation guitars and basses throughout his musical career. When
Nikki approached Ovation about building a custom bass, they took on the
project with a vengeance and built an acoustic/electric bass that would best
reflect Sixx's notorious monster sound. The result, a collaboration
between Sixx and Ovation, launches the first Limited Edition
acoustic/electric bass that Ovation has ever produced.

Ovation's Elite T Bass by Nikki Sixx (model NSB-778-RFT and NSB-778-GFT)
features a Spruce top with custom Red Flame finish (also available in Gray
Flame finish) and Ebony fingerboard with MOP Maltese Cross inlays. Sixx's
signature blazes across the headstock and each bass features a label
hand-signed by Nikki Sixx, inside the bass body. Electronics are powered by
a customized Ovation Op -Pro preamp...best reflecting Nikki's brute tone and
      style. Retail: $2799

Check out Nikki on tour with his Ovation Signature Bass during Mötley Crüe's
"Red White and Crüe" and "Carnival of Sins" tour. The tour, which launched
the reunion of Motley's original lineup of Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Tommy Lee
and Vince Neil has been the biggest music headline of 2005.

Oh... you're serious? You didn't know him? Well... you're lucky.

He was extremley annoying. You can ask anyone. He had a podcast, but people starting disliking him when his podcast for "fans" became for staff only as he tried to gain popularity among them. Now.. just about everyone hates him in some form. Im not sure why he is banned though, but I hope its a permaban.
