Once upon a time, there were thousands of old men with accordions. One day, they all died. Their accordions sat around gathering dust in remembrance for many years, until their wives also died. Then their evil daughters-in-law swooped in, collecting the few paltry valuables laying about the houses. The remaining detritus was sold in various yard sales, flea markets and estate sales for years and years to come.

Word has it, that many of these accordions are still available at such places for remarkably low prices.

      I have 4 of them.

In your example, I would take Drummer B. The big guy makes an incredible and very capable effort on a tiny fucking kit, but it the ease of Drummer B (plus his classical stick style) make it a clear choice for me. But in THAT example, if I was scouting a drummer for that style of music, it's not difficult for me to choose.

Wish the audio was better on that second one though.

You can't download it or you can't install it?
Because if you just can't download it I can upload the exe for you...

Because the new software is a lot more user friendly than the shit you are using.

can't install it. downloading is the easy part.

and i bet it is, but last week, i dropped my ipod and now i have to send it back for repairs, so the zune is just kind of a temp thing.

    • Rowen

Why the fuck are you using the old software?

oh yeah, i forgot to mention
i have a pirated os, so i can't download the new software, because microsoft is like "VALIDATE YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM SO THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD OUR NEAT SOFTWARE"

      Hey buddy ol pal.

Are you good at tabbing by ear by any chance?

I'm pretty good at direct transcription, what with my years of music experience and ear training. I've found that translates pretty well to tabbing, too, but I'm still getting the hang of deciding where on the fretboard certain licks fit best.

Wrist Cutters was great. I worried about it being some bullshit teen angst movie, but it was actually really good. Sountrack wasn't bad either.
And I loved Tom Waits' dog!

Although, I was surpised at how optimistic the ending turned out. I mean, in a movie all about despair and suicide everything worked out perfectly!

After a full listen to Tube of the Resinated I'd say it's one of my favorite death metal albums, it's just so fucking solid. The riffs are great, and it clears up production, and it has more pronounced bass and slightly more attractive vocals. It might not be absolutely mind blowing, but the riffs are really good and it's a really fun listen.

    • mdfq3

      Same.
It'll hard to find tabs for most of these songs, so I'll take that into consideration when sending new recs.

    • mdfq3

      Sure.
Also, I forgot Pestilence's "Stigmatized" and "Testimony."
By the way, do you use tabs or do you pick up the parts by ear?
