I'm sure (for whoever of you still watches me) you are very surprised. Or maybe not.
I checked my e-mail yesterday and it told me PayPal renewed my sponsorship on here. I complete forgot about that! So, I decided that since I'm basically paying to be here, I might as well be here.
To be honest, I've missed the people here. A few of you in particular. I am not going to name names, though. You might know who you are.
When signed in, there were hundreds of alerts that I decided to not check, since that's just way to many.
So, life huh?
(Just so you know, this might just mean I'm back. Might.)

I get a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach when I think about this site. It's probably because I never come on here anymore. Not to do anything. I never check anyone's journals, images, or anything anymore. I don't know why. It's not even because I'm busy. I am on the internet all the time.
It sounds horrible, but I have hit an RvB.com rough patch. I never feel the urge to come on this site like I used to.
I probably won't be on here all that much anymore. Maybe to check in every now and again, but to be honest, I think it's gonna be this way (not signing in) for awhile.
I'm not going to RvBMN 4, by the way. I am going to be in Seattle. It probably wouldn't feel right going anyway, since I haven't been on.
I doubt anyone is feeling too bad about all this. If you are, I'm sorry. I want to keep my account, because I'm sure in that time span, however long it takes, I will be back. I just needed these few months or so to get over myself.
Don't de-friend me! I will be back!!! (Probably.)

So, I've been away. There's no way I'm going to read all your journals. And I don't expect you to comment on this one. Feel free, though.
I've been dealing with a lot of shit this past month. But I've also been dealing with a lot of good stuff, too.
So, to start out with the bad stuff:
One of my best college friend's dad died. She's changed a lot. It scares me, but I understand.
Two of my other best friends were fighting for awhile.
Two of my friends broke up with their boyfriends.
One of my friends broke up with his girlfriend, then got back together, then broke up.
I have had a huge workload of homework.
I kind of had my heart broken. We do not need to go into that story.
I almost got documented for drinking this past Saturday. We do not need to go into that story.
My mom told me she can't go back to her job because she has mild depression and she has a horrible boss. She took a month vacation and goes back on Monday.
The weather sucks.
My schedule for next semester is probably going to suck because I have to take a science class.
Now good stuff:
The two friends that were fighting aren't anymore.
I have been swimming twice a week which makes me feel better about stuff.
The friend whose dad died has a boyfriend now which makes her happy which makes me happy.
My guy friend who broke up with his girlfriend is back with her for the time being.
Both my friends who got broken up with have other boys to preoccupy their minds now.
I love all my classes even though there's a lot of work.
My heart feels almost 100% better.
My mom is feeling about life and her job. She has been keeping herself busy with her grad school.
I did not get documented for Saturday.
I got an "A" on my British Literature to 1700 midterm, which I was extremely nervous for last week.
I am going to get a better position at my job. MORE HOURS/BETTER JOB = ME BEING HAPPY AND MORE MONEY.
My earliest class' last day is on Thursday meaning that next week I will not have to get up before 10:30 on any day.
I have been getting along really, really well with my roommate which is great.
I've been drinking lots of water. Maybe not extremely interesting, but it's healthy.
That's about it.
I am so sorry that I have been gone and haven't commented on ANY of your guy's stuff. Just give me a few more days/weeks or whatever to get my life in order.
Here's a signature picture for all of you.
Ah, and THIS is what I have been obsessed with since school started. As are all my friends. ENJOI.

I forgot how much I love college. Things are going really well.
For all the high schoolers still out there, just know that no matter how much you like high school, you'll like college 10 times more. That's how great it is.
On Saturday, it was pouring all day, so me and my friends went to the beach at St. John's and swam (illegally I might add) at 10pm when it was pitch black. We walked to the beach with no shoes. I stepped on about 1232342134 worms. Which is NOT fun no matter how fun it might seem. So swimming in jeans and a t-shirt is amazing let me tell you. . . . Life Safety (our student security) drove past the beach about 3 times, which was not good. It turned out that some freshman were talking about going to the beach later that night and life safety heard them, so we had the happy pleasure of running up onto the beach behind the beach house everytime they drove past. *sigh* It was so fun even though I was practically freaking out the whole time because I thought we were going to get caught. College rocks.
My classes rock. Even though I have three a day. THREE. Oh well. I asked for it pretty bad. My History of Jazz class is okay. I love the prof (he's the band director) so that helps. I absolutely love my British Literature to 1700 class. It's my favorite I've had and I've only had it for a few days. We watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail!!! And my prof is amazing. She loves Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter and she has a great way of teaching. I love it. I'm also in Communication (Mass Media and Society) which is fine. I like the prof, so that's good. I have my Theology class which is interesting. Again with the great prof. It's going to be a VERY interesting semester. I'm in band. YAY! And my last class is Western Lit: Ancient and Greek Medieval Literature. Eeeek. It's my hardest class so far. We are reading the Iliad, which I've read, but it's all good. This semester is going to rock hardcore.
Everything with my roommate is going really well. She's not my roomie from last year (which is sad), but she's really nice and she likes the same music as me, so that's all good. Sleeping in the loft is awesome. I thought I would hate it, but I like it a lot. I don't have to make my bed! YAY!
The entrance to my room and what you see from the entrance.
The entertainment center. The V, RHCP, Eragon (IT FINALLY CAME!!), Empire Records, Harry Potter posters are all mine. Shaun and Goonies are Katie's (my roomie).
Our closets. Mine is the one with All American Rejects. The other door (with a Jack Sparrow) got cut off. Katie's is the one on the left (LOTR AND POTC posters). The sink is in the middle.
Our beds. Lofted. Mine has the posters above it. See how it's unmade??!! That's right. . . .
And last but not least. My desk.
So that concludes the tour of my dorm room. I hope you had a blast.
HAVE A SPECTACULAR WEEKEND.

I suck. I'm not a good friend. I have it so hard to keep up with RvB. I still really enjoy the site, but keeping up with all my friend's journals is sch a daunting task if I don't come on here everyday. I cleared all my alerts. You guys are really important to me, but I just haven't had the energy to read everyone's journals and your images. I would love to hear if stuff is up, though.
Part of the reason I've not been online much is that I've been really preoccupied with end of the summer stuff. Ending both jobs, going to Target constantly getting things for school, trying to stay sane when all my friends leave me, trying to pack. . . . . Yeah, I've been kind of busy. These past two days have been really relaxed and I really appreciate it.
And it's like, I leave for school in two days and there are white boxes staring at me. I haven't really started packing. I know all the stuff I'm bringing, but I haven't physically put any of it in boxes yet. Ah! Good luck, right? GAH.
Things that are new and exciting:
- I saw Snakes on A Plane. I loved it. It was horrible, but hilarious and amazing. I saw it with mizzle and schufman at midnight on Thursday morning. We rock.
- I also saw Accepted. It was cute.
- My cousin taught me how to play Magic. Just yesterday I went to Shinders and traded in all my rare Pokemon cards for a bunch of Magic stuff. (For those of you who play: I have a green and white Spirit deck. I am way excited.)
- I've been to a few parties in the past few weeks which resulted in experiencing some stuff I'm not too fond of now.
- I'm obsessed with this song: Snakes on a Plane (Bring It). It's a music video that you should watch.
- I've re-read Eragon and am now reading Eldest. They are making Eragon into a movie and I recently (last Friday) bought the movie poster off of Ebay. I have not gotten the poster yet and I am sad. Cross your fingers that it is here tomorrow.
So that is what is up with me.
Hopefully I will be on a lot more in the next few days since I will be at school which is a breeding ground for nothing to do but the internet.

I'm not dead.
I've just been busy.
What else is new?
Some important stuff. Some not so much.
- I visited the Minnesota Zoo for the first time ever in my whole entire life. I loved it. My favorite exhibit was the otter exhibit because they are my favorite animals. They were adorable.
- I bought two new Threadless shirts. Here and here. Exciting yes?
- I bought three new movies. Ferris Bueller's Day Off (classicness), Everything is Illuminated (happiness), and V For Vendetta (awesomeness). I am planning on buying She's the Man soon, because I love it greatly. GREATLY. I rock.
- I have taken up knitting and crochetting again. I am excited because it gives me something to do in the little free time I have when I don't want to turn the computer, which is why I haven't updated in forever. I am currently knitting a pinkish soft scarf and crochetting a Harry Potter Ravenclaw colored scarf. They are cool.
- Lessons for kids at my pool are FINALLY over with. Which is extremely exciting. Yay!
- I move back to school in three weeks from today. *gulp* Eep.
- Last but not least, I am going on vacation with my family to the North Shore. For all you non-Minnesotans, that would be Lake Superior. (Around Duluth.) I'm very happy because it will be five days of lounging around a cabin and doing nothing but reading, knitting, and generally being relaxed. *is super excited*
I hope everyone doesn't hate me for being gone so long. I miss you all!
Today was full of Natalie Portman moments (V for Vendetta and SNL), so I thought I'd share some Natalie love.
Oh, and thank you all very much for the amazing birthday wishes and mods. You all rock.

Yes, today is my 19th birthday.
Tonight, I am going out to dinner with all my friends, so I'm excited for that. We rarely ALL hang out at one time like we will tonight. I will probably post a few memorable pictures later this week. YAY!
Send me birthday !!!!
Yep, today's a good day.

Pirates. And more pirates. And some Kraken.
I saw it. Twice. And it was goooooooood. Both times.
So yeah, I saw Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest twice on Friday. Once at midnight and then again in the afternoon. I have to say that I really did enjoy it. Sometimes it felt that they were trying to force too much of the stuff that worked in the first movie into this new one. Mostly the rum jokes were what got me. Some of them were good, others not so much. I also did NOT like the parts with the natives near the beginning. They could have cut that WHOLE scene/s out. Not needed. Other than those few and far between qualms, I really did enjoy it and will probably see it again in theaters. Oh, and I know some people didn't like the ending, but I loved it. Probably because the man it revolves around was such an amazing character. *doesn't give it away* I'm glad they decided to go with that ending, even though it's probably the biggest cliffhanger of the century!!! *anticipates Pirates 3*
The reason I have not been on and read your journals and such for awhile is because I have been preoccupied with a video game that many of you are familiar with. Kingdom Hearts 2? Yeah, I love it. I rented it on Saturday and have been playing it ever since. I went out and bought it yesterday I like it so much. I am currently in Agrabah. I have done lots of stuff out of order, so I've already finished Halloween Town. (Sora's costume in that place was AWESOME.) I really like the new upgrades from the first one. Like the new forms that Sora can become. I have already turned into the Shadow form twice because I like the other forms so much. Eeeek! My one annoyance is that there are a LOT of mini cinema scenes. It drives me bonkers. I am able to eat meals while playing this game because sometimes I am sitting idly by the controller for up to five minutes at a time. That bothers me. But it's still good. Yay. I am excited. I love getting into video games and I haven't for some time. I haven't really played intensely for a long time.
And Sora has gotten hotter, too.
I love Sora.

Some things that are new:
1.) I have started walking. A lot. With my dad. About four times a week for two miles each walk. We just finished our first week yesterday. I already freaking have a blister on my left pinky toe. It hurts.
2.) I have been D&Ding a lot lately. I feel like a huge nerd, but whatever. I have fun.
3.) I have also been reading a lot as of late. Not much is new, I guess. I just finished the book A Million Little Pieces. I thought it was really good. Yes, I thought it was good EVEN with all the Oprah controversy. Jeesh. Some people can't let things go. I am now full on reading Madame Bovary which is also good. Not as fast moving as Pieces, but still good.
4.) Movies. I saw Superman on Friday with my 12 year old cousin and his friend. (I'm a nanny, remember.) I thought this movie was swell. Superman was supremely hot. The best characters were Jimmy Olson (bumbling Jimmy Olson) and Jason (Lois Lane's son). They both were the most enjoyable parts. I think the movie could have better if they had cut out some of Superman's cheesiness. If there's one thing I hate, it is cheesiness. And Superman is quite cheesy. That might be the main factor of Superman, though.
I also saw Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang which was a premium movie. I absolutely loved it. I have to see it again because I missed some stuff, but it was soooo good. My friends told me Harry is the kind of guy they can see me ending up with. Minus the killing and the smoking. Just the bumbling, tousled hair, naive cuteness. Gay Perry was awesome, too.
5.) Speaking of movies. . . . . . .
*cries in anticipation*
I. Cannot. Wait. To. See. This. Movie.
Since Friday, I watched Pirates 1 twice. I will probably watch it at least twice more before I go to it on Friday. I don't know if I'm going to the midnight showing or not, yet. I will get tickets on Wednesday and we'll see then.
6.) Thank you to everyone who commented on this journal. It meant a lot and helped me
get rid ofbe generous with mods!
7.) I kinda want to give away more mods.
for you. And Pirates. Especially of the Jack Sparrow in nature.

So life's been life.
I've been chillaxing around. Not doing much.
Working . . . . . Reading. . . . . . Going to bed at ridiculously early hours. . . . . . Waking up at even ridiculous-er early hours. A never-ending cycle.
I'm so freaking melodramatic.
I was talking to a co-worker about why people like certain things. Like movies, books, tv shows, ANYTHING. She said she's a very plot driven person, like she wants to know what happens next TO the characters. I thought about this and decided that I am an extremely character driven person. For anything. Like I looked at all my favorite movies and books. I don't really care about setting or plot . . . . I get very involved in the characters.
And then I decided that this is why I liked the Maximum Ride books so much. I devoured these two books in less than two days. They are easy, but intensely interesting reads. They are also very character driven. The books tell the story of six kids (the leader is a 14 year old girl named Maximum Ride) who are genetically enhanced with bird DNA. So, they are part bird, and that means they have wings. WINGS. And they can fly. FLY. Like a certain someone's favorite X-Men? Yes. And they are running from the scientists that did this to them in both books. Now I am obsessed with the idea of flight and I'm extremely inspired to write something magnificently brilliant that I can't even write anything down.
I hate being a utterly inspired-but-can't-get-a-thought-down, genius.
Project for everyone:
Please think of what type of wings YOU would want if you could have wings. (Come on, you KNOW you've thought about this at least ONCE.) Think about it, then tell me which kind and why in my comments. Please do this. I don't usually ask for much, but I thought this would be cool to see what everyone thought and it's not something everyone writes about a lot.
There are many types of wings: Angel, Butterfly, Bird, Pixie/Fairy, Devil/Demon, Dragon. . . . . . The list goes on and on. Just decide what type you would want and tell me about it! I would be most grateful!
Here's what I would have:
I would want dragon wings, because they seem the strongest of all the wings. I would want to be able to fly for a really long time and not have to stop for awhile, so I would want these leathery wings that can't get hurt easily and have good endurance. I would want cool earthy green with gold flecked ones. Sweet. I'm sure everyone is like WHOA, I thought for sure she would pick wings like Angel's. That's true, my friends, because his wings are second on my list!
See! It's not so hard!
