Hey, friends and Rooster Teeth Community!

So I have been a member of the Rooster Teeth website for 5 years and a fan for longer then that. I remember my other brother showing me a few episodes of Red Vs Blue back when I was in high school. And like any sane person I found RvB to be fantastic. I've been watching RvB ever since.
At the beginning I only ever watched the episodes on Youtube but I decided to look up their actual website - great day :) I have watched, listened to, read everything they have produced over the years but I never really got too involved with the forum or community aspect of Rooster Teeth. I would love to be more then just a spectator. Starting now I'm going to try and be more involved in the Rooster Teeth community.
Check out these awesome specialized zombie killing weapons over at Zombie Tools (zombietools.net/tools/).
I would suggest checking out the site to read the awesome product descriptions. They are absolutely fantastic but too long to put in one post.

Ned aka the wonderful, and very handsome, Lee Pace is not only fantastic in Pushing Daisies. If you are interested in seeing more from him I would suggest watching:
-The Fall (2006)
In a hospital on the outskirts of 1920s Los Angeles, an injured stuntman (Lee Pace) begins to tell a fellow patient, a little girl with a broken arm, a fantastical story about 5 mythical heroes. Thanks to his fractured state of mind and her vivid imagination, the line between fiction and reality starts to blur as the tale advances. (source:imdb)
-Soldier's Girl (2003)
The true story of a young soldier beaten to death for falling in love with a transgendered nightclub performer. (source: imdb)
The Fall is a wonderful movie and I would give it and A+. As for the Soldier's Girl, at first it is kind of hard to see Lee Pace as a Transgendered nightclub performer but it is a well done movie and is a very interesting movie. The synopsis given on imdb sucks...
I also highly suggest seeing the show:
The main character Jaye Tyler can talk to inanimate objects if they have animal faces.
It's a bit weird, funny in my opinion. Lee Pace is the Jaye's brother in the show and while he isnt in every episode i think the show is worth seeing if you enjoyed Pushing Daisies.
There are other movies that have Lee Pace in them but he role is usually very minor.
He is one of the love interests in Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day to Amy Adams. If you are a girl you MIGHT like that movie.... if you are a guy eh maybe if you can handle watching a silly chick flick. As least Lee Pace is very attractive in it (he wears a lot of suits which all look very good on him) and he even sings in the movie.
He has a small roll in Infamous, The Good Shepherd, A Single Man and The White Countess all of which I have yet to see. He is also in When in Rome for about 2 mins... Marmaduke as the owner of the dog but doesn't make many appearances and when he does he is playing the bumbling idiot owner.
He is soon to be in 30 Beats which will be coming out sometime this year along with the newest Twilight movie...le sigh...
The best news of all though is that he will be playing King Thranduil (and elven king) in the upcoming Hobbit movies :D :D He does look so very elf-like.

The other day when I sent grocery shopping I spotted the most awesome Zombie Apocalypse ready car.
What makes it so perfect? Well it has:
- Roof rack or bars... Great for tying down supplies leaving more room inside for survivors.
- Orange siren-esque like... I assume it doesn't make any noise so it won't attract a horde of zombies but could be very useful in helping survivors locate you (if you are the rescuing type).
-It's a fucking huge vehicle... I mean really! look at it next to the other cars in the pictures. It would be great for ramming through barriers, hordes of zombies, and whatever else you might encounter.
-Seeing as its so huge it had big wheels.. You could probably equip this beast of a car with wheels perfect for diving off road giving you a chance to get farther away from populated areas. And of course you can just drive right on over zombies.
-Double doors in back... How awesome is that? You can easily open the doors to let survivors in while still putting some space between you and a horde of zombies.
-Bench seats in the back... I know this is a bit hard to see from the photo but there are two bench like seats in the back which looks like it can seat quite a few survivors in it. And you could probably lay a whole wounded person down in between or supplies!
-Front Hook/ Chain thing... No clue what those things are called but its got one of those tow truck hooks/chain deal at the front. Use it to pull bigger road blocks out of the way or other cars that litter the high way. Attach the hook to a weak wall to tear it down to get to supplies without risking running into zombies and not being able to escape (you tear the wall down and see zombies you just keep drive!).
I'm sure there is more awesomeness to this car but this is all I saw from my short glance and awkward drive around the parking lot to take pictures.

Back in 2007 I met my current roommate, Sarah Malchodi. We were roommates our freshman year in college and again for our junior year. Freshman year we decided we really want to make a web comic. At the time it was just an idea but nothing came from it.
Spring 2010 an actual idea for the comic came to mind! Since then we have been working on hard to get it ready. It is finally time to launch the comic. The site www.rem-comic.com is up and running and the actual comic will launch October 1, 2010!!!
Sarah is the author and illustrator and this is what she has to say about the comic:
"Hi everybody! Glad to see you have an interest in R.E.M. The idea to do a web comic started about four years ago, when I first roomed with Elizabeth, my administrator. Nothing ever came of it until January of last year, when the idea for R.E.M finally surfaced. I hope you guys like it, please feel free to ask us any questions.
R.E.M. is a comic about my life, more or less. What I mean by that is R.E.M is a fictional story based loosely on my interpretation of truth and of the events in my life. Don't worry; I'll make sure to point out what's real and what's not.
The story begins with Adam, a young guy who's just moved to town and looking for a place to live. He quickly finds an apartment and makes friends with the tenants living there, all of whom are friendly, if a little protective of one particular tenant, Aislin. Follow Adam as he learns more about his new living situation and how some things are not as they seem.
Ok, that sounds vague enough to work. Enjoy the comic everyone!"
If you enjoy reading comics check us out at www.rem-comic.com!!

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fucking (German pronunciation: [ˈfʊkɪŋ]) is an Austrian village in the municipality of Tarsdorf, in the Innviertel region of western Upper Austria.
The village is located 33 kilometres (21 mi) north of Salzburg, four kilometres (2.5 mi) east of the German border.
The Fucking settlement has existed since at least 1070 and is named after a man from the 6th century called Focko. "-ing" is an old Germanic suffix indicating the people of the root word to which it is attached; thus Fucking means "(place of) Focko’s people." The village has a population of 104.
Fucking's most famous feature is a traffic sign with its name on it, beside which tourists often stop to have their photograph taken. It is a commonly stolen street sign. Significant public funds have been spent on replacing the stolen signs.
In 2004, mainly due to the stolen signs, a vote was held on changing the village's name, but the residents voted against doing so. According to the town mayor, Siegfried Hauppl:
“ We had a vote last year on whether to rename the town, but decided to keep it as it is. After all, Fucking has existed for 800 years, probably when a Mr Fuck or the Fuck family moved into the area. The 'ing' was added as a word for settlement. â€Â
In August 2005, the road signs were replaced with theft-resistant signs welded to steel and secured in concrete to prevent further chances of the sign being stolen. Few thefts have since occurred, but it remains a problem.
