Being from L.A. I thought it was interesting to see a game so accurate to the actual city, and so well represented in the iconic post-war time period. I enjoy the great detective portions, especially in the firearms cases, since that's the type of stuff my father does for a living. Overall, I think this is a great game, and I highly recommend it.

The ending was very sad, and I almost cried at the last flashback before the credits

Another post about my Amazing gf, Star. :)

Today, her science teacher gave everyone a fake referral note, to trick their parents. After he passed them out, he said, "For instance, Star could say write that she got caught kissing some guy at school."
Everyone laughed, cuz they all knew that she's my gf, but the teacher didn't know.

My gf told me something pretty funny today.

Star: "I have a lot of things my parents don't know about. I have a fb, an email, and.......what else?"
me: "I'm guessing they have no idea about us :)"
Star: "Nope :) not at all"

So I finally went back to school today after spring break. One of my favorite things today was getting to spend time with Star :) she's really cute, and she sits next to me during one of my classes, so we are always talking :) the only problem is that she's in 7th grade and I'm in 8th grade, so we won't be able to see each other that much next year :(. Also, I've been getting a ton of crap about it, just cuz she's a year younger than me :( idc, she's still cute, and I still like her :)

A girl I've know for a while, Star, told me today that she likes me. I feel the same way about her, and we just started going out today :)

Today was a day where I haven't felt like total shit. I'm in a very good mood, for no reason at all. Life is good.

Buying food for 40 people is a pain. I'm glad I have the help though. This weekend is gonna be tough, but it'll be fun.

My Eagle Project, which is something I've been planning for 3 months, is this weekend, and I'm super excited. My family started coming into town today, and I just found out that some of my really close friends are gonna be there to help out.

I've been feeling really bad lately, with all that's been going on, and I've been looking for a way to feel better. I've been thinking about a really good friend of mine, who I really care about. After thinking about her and all the good memories I've had with her, I started to feel better. Thank you for that.

Well, right about now, I was originally planning to be announcing that tickets for RvB:TX were on sale. Unfortunately, that's not going to be the case. You might have heard that the RT staff has their own event planed for late May. We, the organizers of RvB:TX, don't feel it will be possible to compete with a larger and better organized event, so we're officially canceling our event.

But all is not lost! We're keeping the group page for two reasons:

      1) RvB:TX will now be a hub for all RT fans in and around Texas. We'll keep people up to date on RT related events in and around Texas, from small meet ups to the RoosterTexas event the staff is planning. If you have not already done so, please watch the group to stay up to date on the news.

      2) We're planning a smaller get together in Austin this winter. It won't be as big as our original plans, but it'll still be a chance for fans to get together and have fun.

For more details, please see the journal [link=http://roosterteeth.com/groups/news/entry.php?id=46218]here.
