It has been a long time since I last wrote one of these and I am still aware no one reads them but it is a habit I would like to get back into.
Firstly I would like to say me and a group of friends are attempting to start some form of Gaming group, we hope one day to create something fun and entertaining but for the moment we play games together, get drunk and make dumb noises. The group is known as The Foolish Kings.
Secondly I can proudly say I am now one of the North East's Ambassadors for RTUK, not really got round to doing anything as of yet but watch this space. I will plan at least one meet up before the year is out. Very excited to be involved and cannot wait to get something down on paper. Big Shout out to Bradley Hall (My fellow NE Ambassador) and Jason Boomer for making that happen. doesn't seem like much probably but it means so much to me to be even slightly involved in anything RTUK related.
I finally took a step forward in my RWBY cosplay plans and purchased a beautiful Lie Ren wig, i uploaded a pc of a wig test but I put little to no effort into it as I was half asleep, so in a strange way I was oddly in character. I look forward to one day having the cosplay finished.
I recently attended Kitacon and met several awesome people and have realised a few things I need to work on. The first of which is taking more photos, the second is approach people and not be such a coward and the third get peoples names I meet. The Highlight of the weekend was meeting Ashly Burch. Youtube star, Voice Actress and genuinely the most lovely woman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting thus far. To say that i swooned every time I saw her is not quite as bad as I was. She is so cute and much smaller than I had imagined. Trust me when I saw I could talk for hours about the three times I encountered her at the convention and lets leave it there.
A final shout out to a good friend who put up with me for my time at the convention, Nai. Without you I would never have gotten the courage to ask my panel questions and I am forever grateful for you putting up with me whilst being extremely tired and hungover. We are forever bonded over our meeting of Ashly.
I uploaded another picture today from a family trip to a local... i have no idea what you would call it, attraction maybe. The Forbidden Corner, which is a strange adventure park. It is full of underground areas and mazes. Very fun day out and my little brothers seriously enjoyed the whole experience at one point I got separated and lost in one of the many mazes and that is where my picture came into being. What else does a modern man do when lost but take a selfie to document how lost he was. Anyway if you find yourself in the North East of England and are stuck for something fun to do The Forbidden Corner is a very very good day out.
Yeah. That's it for now, hopefully I will do some fun and interesting things to write about next time. If anyone reads this. Thank you so much, i hope I didn't bore you to much and hopefully you will come back next time.
